I really appreciate how brave Dr. Shaikh was to share her story. Even being in the medical field, it is often embarrassing to open up to others about your own medical condition in the fear that you should know yourself, or from the social stigma due to the nature of the condition. Thank you for showing your vulnerability and I hope women feel more empowered to talk more about their bodies more openly. Great discussion on stress and its effects.

What a great discussion, so practical and so balanced, hope many patients and GPs can listen to this and follow the advice. Keep up the good work.

Looooved the advocacy for Eva pill. Western medicine certainly needs to address holistic health and chronic pain with diet and lifestyle recommendations. I'd be so thrilled to learned more in detail of how stress works in it's relationship to sleep, menstrual cycle, mood, and energy levels
