Just tried my first recipe from the book, "Roasted Masala Chickpeas with Green Bean Sambol". The flavors were amazing. Really looking forward to diving into many more recipes, and I have already recommended the book to several friends here in the States.

Most people have time but lack motivation. Most people say they don't have time to cook but will sit and watch tv or be on their social media for hours in a day. It's all about priorities that people have. Me included at times!!

Love your message and your book. I need to visit a specialty grocer to purchase some of the ingredients. Also, at some point, it would be so helpful if measures could be provided in standard as well as metric. I see a great future for your books in the US

Sounds good! I also like James Wong's book about getting to 10 veg/fruit per day.

I am so looking forward to this book. I have been cooking for us for years and I’m bored with the same old things over and over but time is an issue. I also want to skip meat a few days a week but face opposition from the meat and potatoes spouse. My hope is I can put leftover meat in his 3-2-1 meal and leave it out of mine. Best of health to you in the new year!

First, may I say I love the work you do, I really do believe the more we understand what food we are putting into our bodies, the better chance we have of being the masters of our own physical and mental health.
That said, one of the biggest issues I find with books like 3-2-1 (which is an excellent concept BTW) is that because of my food allergies/intolerances to Mushrooms, Salmon and most cruciform vegetables esp.. broccoli, all of which are healthy mainstays, a good chunk of the recipes featured are just not for me and even some of the ones I think will be okay, end with me doubled up in the bathroom. which is never fun.
So cookbooks aren't really my thing.
However, if you ever got to the point where you had an enhanced and perhaps paid/subscription filter on the recipe section of your website, where folks like me could submit their various allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements and be presented with just the recipes that they can enjoy, without an extended visit to the nearest bathroom; I would certainly pay for that service.
In the meantime, I'm sure there will be plenty of people who can make use of most if not all of the recipes that are in 3-2-1 so good luck with the book :)

Do you mind if you tell me what the name of your microphone is and where you got it in the UK? Have your other two books and love the recipes so will get this one now. Great idea to cook every night to show us the 3.2.1 recipes. As a vegan family for about a year, we just want to make the most yummy food whilst making sure we are getting all the right nutrients. Thank You

I enjoyed this! I've been trying to research for video that teaches the stuff in this RUclips vid! 🩺 That tip at 1:08 is educational. Your breakdown actually reminds me of the videos from Dr. Ethan. Doctor Ethan's explanations are helpful and I learned a lot for my midterms. He is a knowledgable Doctor!
I suggest you see his YT out and give the Dr a like! ➡️ #DoctorEthanStudent
