    You ladies are lovely. I always use this video after a run because you stretch your whole body and you do it while being fun!! Is there a variation of the last stretch that is easier for men? Our anatomy gets in the way of that last bit

      THANK YOU!! And YES! All you need to do is lie on your back, bring your knees into your chest, and then cross one knee over the other from there. Just make sure you hold your legs 4-5 inches below the knee and not too close to the ankle to prevent undue torque on the knee. You won't be able to add the twist in this position, but you can do it after in a chair. Hope this helps!!!
