    This was also an excellent break between work in the home office, where I get stuck at the computer. More short, 5-10 minute workouts like this would be nice! I've already found some of them, thank you for them, as well as the other excellent exercises, longer and shorter!

    Im new to palates so ive been trying to find a nice short balance of about 30 minutes of exercises (5 warm up 20 exercise 5 cool down) and this has been great. Definitely saving this one for tomorrow. Thanks!

    Would you recommend this one for lifting also? My first half and hour is usually lifting (splits) and the second one pilates...🤔

      You can always give it a go and see how you feel. Since you'll be lifting you may want to include some movements specific to what you'll be doing when you lift for that session.
