    I want to share here that i hv PCOD since 10yrs now and conceived naturally after a 1hr walk or 1/2hr jog. I am having a 6yr old daughter but still i have pcod , irregular periods and chin hair increased. I try my best to start on healthy diet but due to lifestyle and stress iam not able to follow any healthy way diet. I wish i would make up my mind and start taking care of my health soon !!!!

    My weight was 64.3 kg again increased by 69 kg due to PCOD and also had a proper diet planned, doing daily exercise for 1 hr 😭😭😭.

      You should do slow weighted exercises with one minute break between each set and exercises... it's effective for PCOS. Watch taaleen and sirak's videos for more information... ✌️✌️

    I used to weigh 85 kgs and now it's 60 kgs still on my weight loss journey, coz my target weight is 55. I do have milk products and non- veg items along with daily workouts. The point is Pcos /pcod people can take non veg no harm in that and only if someone is lactose intolerant then only they should abstain from milk.

      @@sameerabanu It took me near about 1 year to accomplish the stated weight. I eliminated all junk foods, had home cooked food in adequate amount. Remember too much healthy food can also lead to weight gain. Also had requisite amount of protein and atleast 1 hour of workout daily without fail. Also each individual is different so no one diet is their for all.

    My weight is 87 kg and I'm 21 years old. I have pcod. I want to loose my weight Asap 🥺.
    The problem I'm facing while following your diet plan is I'm not getting full by eating the amount you have suggested. I follow diet day but at end of the day I ended up with lots of food without considering it's calories and nutrition. And because of this I get demotivated 🥲.
    Please help me to control my over eating habits and cravings

      You are not getting full because you are not drinking enough water, whenever you feel hungry just drink the damn water and definitely you need determination. There is no solution other then this.

    It is every difficult to have these many meals in a day. As a working woman can't always think on what i should eat in next hour. If you can suggest a diet plan for PCOS with minimum number of meals per day following Intermitent fasting, it will be great.

    It's basic Satvic diet ,avoid Non & diary ..Diet is just a part.You have maintain a healthy weight or else this all are temporary fix.Do Aerobics or yoga & follow this diet..You will be surprised to find the results..All the best ❤️❤️

      I Cudnt follow this diet but am doing intermittent fasting 3 liter water a day yeah I lost 1 kg in 2 weeks so far wish me luck

      Yes it is some studies have shown that fenugreek seeds helps to dissolve cysts. You can chew the seeds after drinking the water as all the bitterness gets dossolved in water.
