Brisk walking daily for 45 mins
Mediation at night before sleeping for 10 mins
Early morning -
1 glass of lukewarm water add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder,a pinch of pepper powder +1/2 lemon juice ( only if it suits you)
After 1/2 an hr
4 almonds and 2 walnuts
In breakfast before 9:00 am : any one option - oats ( rolled ) with veggies or besan ormoongdal chillas add veg or veg poha or veg upma or 1 egg bhurji with 1 medium roti
Mid morning : 1 fruit
Lunch -1:30 ( before 2pm) - 1 bowl salad ( add sprouts or moong or chickpea) or have 1 katori dal or 1 medium piece of chicken or fish no fried only grilled or baked or with gravy+ 2 small roti or 1 smalll bowl of brown rice + 1 katori sabzi + curd or buttermilk
After lunch - 1 tsp of flaxseeds with warm water
Evening 5:00 - 1 cup of green tea
At 6:00- 1 fruit
anyone options
(a handful of roasted chana/12-15makhana/kurmura/nachni or 1 moongdal khakra/air popped popcorn)
Have Early Dinner 8:30 pm - 1 bowl of salad or soup compulsory sabzi,2 small roti+dal/ 3-4 tikka size pieces low fat paneer/ non veg chicken or fish (1medium)+ curd or buttermilk
OR
Sometime if u want variety
1 bowl of dhalia/quinoa/oats/bajra/jowar khichdi with veggies + 1 glass of buttermilk+salad
After Dinner - 1 tsp of flaxseeds + 1 glass of warm water
Bed time - 10:30 - 1 glass of warm water+ 1/2 tsp of organic turmeric
Avoid papad,pickles,junk food,fast food ready to eat meals,bakery items,processed food,maida and maida products,cold drinks, dates,fried items, buffalo milk,sweets,icecream,desserts
Oil - 4 tsp per day, 1/2 litre per person per mnth.(ricebran oil, saffola gold,saffola total,sundrop heart)
Salt: 1 tsp per day, no sprinkling on top of salads
Drink - 3 litres of water
Limited potato,sweet potato,arbi,suran raw banana.
Drink chai seeds water u can add lemon ( 1 litre water+ 1 tbsp chia seeds+lemon + honey + jeera pd) shake n keep it for 2 hrs finish it in entire day

I have the same problem. There was a time I was bleeding for 7 months continuously. I'm currently crying watching this. I hope I get better as well. This seems like a never ending struggle!
I had the same problem, visited gynaecologist and she gave me safe medicine, once the bleeding stopped I focused on good food, yoga, and other Satvic lifestyle tips and now I’m alright

bleeding for 7 months ohh god. sis i can understand how mmuch you suffer. i also have pcod from past 13 years. i got period after 2.5 or 3 months and my periods didn't stop for 1 month. i also have heavy bleeding with big clots. I cried most of the time during my cycle. i have also take aellopathy medicine, hemeopathy ayurved. but it agains as same as before once doctor stop your medicine. Yes guys changing life style is must ..I was diagnosed with pcos went to multiple doctors and i rembembered when a doctor told me “sab bhagwan key barosey chodo” periods skip ho to mey kya karun jo pill deta hunggg woh to khatey nahi ho …I was traumatised coz i in my family gen also no one heard about pcod…but i kept on searching through net its remedies and went on ayurvedic trt and believe after completly avoided junk foods and involve my self in yoga med and all…now.
