    At the age of 15 , i was having problems in menstruation cycle. I have consulted with a doctor, she told me that I am suffering from PCOD . I started taking green vegetables, Salad of vegetables, fruits . I also start doing yoga 30 min a day . After 5 months of regular medicines , finally doctor told me that now there is no need of medicine , now only yoga and healthy diet is needed. And now i am at the age of 29 having 3 children.

      See like in some cases there is a reverse like I'm also having pcod but I'm not gaining weight I'm losing weight continuously though I'm eating but not able to gain weight . My menstrual after taking proper medication also is like no regular . It's like bleeding again after having 1 week gap

    Glass of water with honey and lemons in the morning
    Fresh fruit breakfast and lunch
    Steamed veggies for lunch
    Vegetables fruit or lemon juice
    Eat a lot of green veggies spinach is great.
    Berries
    Nuts pumpkin flex sunflower seeds
    Eat large bowls of salad
    No fried greasy food sweets strong coffee
    Drink 8-10 glasses of water
    Work out

    O my god
    Everything you said, I mean every single thing was correct.
    I am suffering from PCOD since last 3 months
    With lot of mood swings and because of that I feel so agitated and annoyed but no body in my home understands what my mood is, what I'm going through 😭 this made me cry.

    Water with lemon and honey
    Fresh fruits between bfast and lunch- bananas, apples, oranges , grapes, grapefruit
    Or glass of milk
    Lunch- vegetable, jowar ragi roti, buttermilk
    Juice, lemon juice, Vegetable juice
    Dinner- salad, tomatoes, carrots, beetroot, sprouted moong, chana
    Cow milk+ turmeric+ black pepper+ aliv
    Spinach, dard green leafy vegetables
    Berries cheries
    Flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
    8-10 glasses of water
    Exercise- yoga, walk for 5-6km atleast
    Develop a feeling of let go, vairagya, and live life systematically,
    When angry, try breathing

    *First thing in morning- Glass of warm water with lemon and a spoon of honey.
    *Have fresh fruits during breakfast and lunch can be anything apple, banana, grapes etc. Or a glass of milk
    *In afternoon have a bowl of steamed vegetable with roti of bajar or millet or whole wheat with glass of butter milk
    *In evening have a glass of fresh fruit juice or lemon juice or vegetable juice
    * Dinner- a bowl of salad any of tomato, Carrot, sprouts, chana etc
    * Bed time- Have glass of milk with tumeric, black pepper and olive.
    Pay special attention to green or leafy vegetables, berries(blue berry, black berry), nuts (almond, Lumpkin Seed)
    * do exercise- badhrashan, Sukh, cobra, walk for 5 to 6kms or 10k steps

    I was diagnosed with pcod two years ago and then when i started doing exercises and yoga my stomach started hurting and then I got to know I have kidney stones so it comes with lots of restrictions too like not eating Spinach and milk and other things I started doing yoga again now this month

    I have been following most of these suggestions since last 2 yrs and have lost 7 kgs of weight..
    My periods were absent for quite some time and came back and became regular because of a yoga class..
    I don't eat outside food since 2 yrs and use mustard oil and olive oil in my cooking preparations
    There were a few points which were a good reminder as I love to have palak but don't eat it as much because of the hassle of cleaning it and short shelf life
    If you can create a guided yoga session of these exercises it will be immensely helpful

      @@MousumeeDuttaOfficial can you tell the exact point where it's stuck? Like normally it gets stuck at the back of tongue or in throat.

      @@MousumeeDuttaOfficial I would suggest you to atleast feel the bone where it is and then you should see a dentist or ENT specialist. They would be able to remove it easily.

      @@shethrives30 madam my seif 50yrs age and wt is 86kgs last Yr and I am suffering from pcod since 10 yrs but I am talking homeopathy and I will go for walking and before 2021 pcod cysts r less than 6cms andi stopped tabs since six months and they become one more than 8,4 and other 6cmand Dr is suggestingoperation nd if late operation they become cancerous that is my scan tell in please can u respond

      Ya fir satvic movement diet
      Both are beneficial. Choose one and live happily
      Since I am already thin so I am on DIP diet. I cured corona, sinusitis, belly fat, hypothyroid. Now my all organs are healthy except mild polycystic ovaries
      Now I am trying to cure my pcod. I know I will cure it very soon🙂

      Namaste, PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) is mostly caused by a combination of hormonal imbalance and genetic tendencies, hence being obese is only a part of the symptom

    Everything you said resonates with me. I ate lot of packed stuff like cream biscuit, pasta, normal biscuit a lot in few months... I had lot of sugar, I m overweight.. now I m feeling delayed periods... I also neglect exercise..padt was very stressful, traumatic. Now I need yo heal myself❤😊

    I keep hearing from my doctors to remove all dairy to assist with pcos symptoms. The thing is I love dairy!! So I am curious about this suggestion to consume milk etc.

      You should take dairy ,on right amount , and on right time ,take cows milk at night ,don,t take buttermilk or curd at night time .it's more than enough , dairy is our need .

    Thank you for the information. I am 26 years recently got diagnosed with PCOD and uterine fibroids. I have hirsutism and severe hair fall since 10 years. I had 2 late miscarriages. I am mentally down after getting diagnosed. Can you please give information for people having PCOD and fibroids

    Please be careful - no milk unless pure organic! most supermarket brands have far too many hormones! Please be careful and have oat milk or almond milk instead! Thank you for sharing 🙏

      Dear I was also facing the same problem. Then I started taking sprouts and beetroot everyday to get more iron. Finally, I got result. Ghee also helps a lot

      Maybe try to do mild to moderate exercise, sometimes intense Exercise or over exercise stops periods. Do yoga too. Chronic stress, sleeping late at night, b12 deficiency, low vit d, any infection can also cause this. Go to a gynae dr for tests.

      Pallavi Kumari please don't do intense exercise every day... intensive exercise can be unhealthy for womens...many rampwalk models do intensive exercises in order to stop their periods...so please don't be too harsh to yourself.

    Dear Hansaji.. I am a girl in twenties and I really like your vedios. I have one genuine request for a healthy suggestion. Most of my time have to invest in studies and job so I sat for almost 12-15 hrs of my day for last 3 years. I have a stable diet at home. But I feel tired and heavy these days. my weight is stable(56) for last 2 years but I still felt low on daily course and its really affecting my concentration and work abilities. So I request you to give lifestyle diet and yoga related suggestion for me and all those girls who have desk jobs for such a long hours of sitting.

    During my college days.... I used to eat outside a lot.along with unhealthy sleep pattern.. ..Gradually developed pcod... Now it's been Two yr that my periods are normal and eat healthy and exercise also.... Still I have doubt regarding pregnancy in future.... Pls clear my doubt

    My reports are normal no ovarian cyst, no pcod,fibroid, endometriosis still my periods are irregular. I'm not obese. Is it because of a sedentary lifestyle or diet,no exercise?

      There's something called OAT axis. Everything can be normal but still you might have all these symptoms. Do read upon them

    Ma'am , I am 20 yrs old , last year I was detected pcod , I was diagnosed last year , I lossed weight around 9-10 kgs .But I stoped my medications . My tsh , insulin , glucose , androgen and all is normal . I don't have facial hair growth , only i have thick hair on my stomach . And I have irregular periods . And also I practice martial arts and intense workout everyday . So now what should I do ma'am?

    Hello mam, I am a person with irregular periods and pcod. Whenever I search about pcod 99% video or article refer to follow diets for weight lose. In my case I have healthy weight according to my hieght. But I gets periods only when I consume tablets for the same, and also suffer from very bad pelvic pain hairloss and numbness on hands and legs. Please reply to me 🙏

    I was having irregular periods for quite a few months now I ignored it till now thinking may be it's because of stress and all but then I consulted a doctor and did the necessary tests and found it's PCOD. Today only I got the reports. Well I'm a 21 yr old and God knows what's gonna happen next

      No mam. Pcod n pcos both are same.
      I'm not an expert but i can tell u how I controlled my pcod.
      I'm just 22 year old. I had lots of acnes on my face. Less hair on scalp and facial hair and mainly Irregular periods.But luckily I'm not Over weight.But I never took any of these symptoms seriously till one day ( I was 19 yo then) I started having really bad stomach ache and then I got to know I had cyst in my Ovaries and then I got to know that I'm having pcod.
      My doc told me to quit Maida products, oily foods, sweets, chocolates etc etc.
      I strictly started having healthy homemade food. My doc had even told me to quit dairy products, but I couldn't do that as I cannot have my lunch without curd😅 Rest all I started following strictly.
      As soon as I wake up I drink around 1 litre of plain lukewarm water ( u can add lemon as well). And also drink 3 ltr of water in a day ( whch I used to not do before)
      And guess what, I slowly started observing my pimples reduced ( in fact it's clear now , I get only during periods now,but thr scars r still there 🥲 ). N my periods started getting regular. TouchWood😝🙈
      Soon Gonna start practicing yoga and healthy lifestyle.
      U too try this. I'm sure u will see some changes in your health. Nothing is impossible. It depends on us. So v hv to choose to b healthy.

    This video is such a helpful example. I have also pco and my doctor recommended me to do exercises daily. So to do the exercises and yoga these yoga are seriously seems very helpful to me.
