At the age of 15 , i was having problems in menstruation cycle. I have consulted with a doctor, she told me that I am suffering from PCOD . I started taking green vegetables, Salad of vegetables, fruits . I also start doing yoga 30 min a day . After 5 months of regular medicines , finally doctor told me that now there is no need of medicine , now only yoga and healthy diet is needed. And now i am at the age of 29 having 3 children.

See like in some cases there is a reverse like I'm also having pcod but I'm not gaining weight I'm losing weight continuously though I'm eating but not able to gain weight . My menstrual after taking proper medication also is like no regular . It's like bleeding again after having 1 week gap

I was diagnosed with pcod two years ago and then when i started doing exercises and yoga my stomach started hurting and then I got to know I have kidney stones so it comes with lots of restrictions too like not eating Spinach and milk and other things I started doing yoga again now this month
Thank you ma'am I have been following most of these suggestions since last 2 yrs and have lost 7 kgs of weight.. My periods were absent for quite some time and came back and became regular because of a yoga class.. I don't eat outside food since 2 yrs and use mustard oil and olive oil in my cooking preparations There were a few points which were a good reminder as I love to have palak but don't eat it as much because of the hassle of cleaning it and short shelf life If you can create a guided yoga session of these exercises it will be immensely helpful Thank you so much for your support 🙂

@@MousumeeDuttaOfficial I would suggest you to atleast feel the bone where it is and then you should see a dentist or ENT specialist. They would be able to remove it easily.

I keep hearing from my doctors to remove all dairy to assist with pcos symptoms. The thing is I love dairy!! So I am curious about this suggestion to consume milk etc.
You should take dairy ,on right amount , and on right time ,take cows milk at night ,don,t take buttermilk or curd at night time .it's more than enough , dairy is our need .

Maybe try to do mild to moderate exercise, sometimes intense Exercise or over exercise stops periods. Do yoga too. Chronic stress, sleeping late at night, b12 deficiency, low vit d, any infection can also cause this. Go to a gynae dr for tests.
Pallavi Kumari please don't do intense exercise every day... intensive exercise can be unhealthy for womens...many rampwalk models do intensive exercises in order to stop their periods...so please don't be too harsh to yourself.

No mam. Pcod n pcos both are same. I'm not an expert but i can tell u how I controlled my pcod. I'm just 22 year old. I had lots of acnes on my face. Less hair on scalp and facial hair and mainly Irregular periods.But luckily I'm not Over weight.But I never took any of these symptoms seriously till one day ( I was 19 yo then) I started having really bad stomach ache and then I got to know I had cyst in my Ovaries and then I got to know that I'm having pcod. My doc told me to quit Maida products, oily foods, sweets, chocolates etc etc. I strictly started having healthy homemade food. My doc had even told me to quit dairy products, but I couldn't do that as I cannot have my lunch without curd😅 Rest all I started following strictly. As soon as I wake up I drink around 1 litre of plain lukewarm water ( u can add lemon as well). And also drink 3 ltr of water in a day ( whch I used to not do before) And guess what, I slowly started observing my pimples reduced ( in fact it's clear now , I get only during periods now,but thr scars r still there 🥲 ). N my periods started getting regular. TouchWood😝🙈 Soon Gonna start practicing yoga and healthy lifestyle. U too try this. I'm sure u will see some changes in your health. Nothing is impossible. @@shi7929 I am still on my medications and yogas. My doctor recommended me to have my medicine properly with a balance diet. Otherwise luckily my periods are not irregular.

In Today's life we need cow's fresh milk but now a days we all buy packaged milk and we don't know how it is processed In the factory whether it is natural or artificial

I keep hearing from my doctors to remove all dairy to assist with pcos symptoms. The thing is I love dairy!! So I am curious about this suggestion to consume milk etc.
You should take dairy ,on right amount , and on right time ,take cows milk at night ,don,t take buttermilk or curd at night time .it's more than enough , dairy is our need .

Maybe try to do mild to moderate exercise, sometimes intense Exercise or over exercise stops periods. Do yoga too. Chronic stress, sleeping late at night, b12 deficiency, low vit d, any infection can also cause this. Go to a gynae dr for tests.
Pallavi Kumari please don't do intense exercise every day... intensive exercise can be unhealthy for womens...many rampwalk models do intensive exercises in order to stop their periods...so please don't be too harsh to yourself.

Dear Hansaji.. I am a girl in twenties and I really like your vedios. I have one genuine request for a healthy suggestion. Most of my time have to invest in studies and job so I sat for almost 12-15 hrs of my day for last 3 years. I have a stable diet at home. But I feel tired and heavy these days. my weight is stable(56) for last 2 years but I still felt low on daily course and its really affecting my concentration and work abilities. So I request you to give lifestyle diet and yoga related suggestion for me and all those girls who have desk jobs for such a long hours of sitting.
Try to walk as much as possible. It is the best exercise.

There's something called OAT axis. Everything can be normal but still you might have all these symptoms. Do read upon them

No mam. Pcod n pcos both are same.
I'm not an expert but i can tell u how I controlled my pcod.
I'm just 22 year old. I had lots of acnes on my face. Less hair on scalp and facial hair and mainly Irregular periods.But luckily I'm not Over weight.But I never took any of these symptoms seriously till one day ( I was 19 yo then) I started having really bad stomach ache and then I got to know I had cyst in my Ovaries and then I got to know that I'm having pcod.
My doc told me to quit Maida products, oily foods, sweets, chocolates etc etc.
I strictly started having healthy homemade food. My doc had even told me to quit dairy products, but I couldn't do that as I cannot have my lunch without curd😅 Rest all I started following strictly.
As soon as I wake up I drink around 1 litre of plain lukewarm water ( u can add lemon as well). And also drink 3 ltr of water in a day ( whch I used to not do before)
And guess what, I slowly started observing my pimples reduced ( in fact it's clear now , I get only during periods now,but thr scars r still there 🥲 ). N my periods started getting regular. TouchWood😝🙈
Soon Gonna start practicing yoga and healthy lifestyle.
U too try this. I'm sure u will see some changes in your health. Nothing is impossible. It depends on us. So v hv to choose to b healthy.
