At the age of 15 , i was having problems in menstruation cycle. I have consulted with a doctor, she told me that I am suffering from PCOD . I started taking green vegetables, Salad of vegetables, fruits . I also start doing yoga 30 min a day . After 5 months of regular medicines , finally doctor told me that now there is no need of medicine , now only yoga and healthy diet is needed. And now i am at the age of 29 having 3 children.

See like in some cases there is a reverse like I'm also having pcod but I'm not gaining weight I'm losing weight continuously though I'm eating but not able to gain weight . My menstrual after taking proper medication also is like no regular . It's like bleeding again after having 1 week gap

@@MousumeeDuttaOfficial I would suggest you to atleast feel the bone where it is and then you should see a dentist or ENT specialist. They would be able to remove it easily.

Everything you said resonates with me. I ate lot of packed stuff like cream biscuit, pasta, normal biscuit a lot in few months... I had lot of sugar, I m overweight.. now I m feeling delayed periods... I also neglect exercise..padt was very stressful, traumatic. Now I need yo heal myself❤😊
*First thing in morning- Glass of warm water with lemon and a spoon of honey. *Have fresh fruits during breakfast and lunch can be anything apple, banana, grapes etc. Or a glass of milk *In afternoon have a bowl of steamed vegetable with roti of bajar or millet or whole wheat with glass of butter milk *In evening have a glass of fresh fruit juice or lemon juice or vegetable juice * Dinner- a bowl of salad any of tomato, Carrot, sprouts, chana etc * Bed time- Have glass of milk with tumeric, black pepper and olive. Pay special attention to green or leafy vegetables, berries(blue berry, black berry), nuts (almond, Lumpkin Seed) * do exercise- badhrashan, Sukh, cobra, walk for 5 to 6kms or 10k steps
Thank you ma'am I have been following most of these suggestions since last 2 yrs and have lost 7 kgs of weight.. My periods were absent for quite some time and came back and became regular because of a yoga class.. I don't eat outside food since 2 yrs and use mustard oil and olive oil in my cooking preparations There were a few points which were a good reminder as I love to have palak but don't eat it as much because of the hassle of cleaning it and short shelf life If you can create a guided yoga session of these exercises it will be immensely helpful Thank you so much for your support 🙂

It’s important to say here that milk should be organic and as pure as possible. Modern processed dairy is not, from my knowledge, advisory 🙈

@@MousumeeDuttaOfficial can you tell the exact point where it's stuck? Like normally it gets stuck at the back of tongue or in throat.
