I believe the step up is one of the most valuable exercises in strengthening the legs and correcting imbalances in the legs! I’m a big fan of eccentric step downs to build stability and strength in the hips! 🙏🏻 great video!

@@moonshinershonor202 well most of us generally have an imbalance and weakness in one side which can lead to your leg feeling unstable. That’s why single leg exercises like the step up can help increase symmetry and improve the strength in one leg at a time! They are not easy though!
