    Oooh. I do love a good stretch video. Ten minutes is a good lenght. Not too short, but long enough to feel like it has done good and I can fit it in my day around a busy house of children and a work from home partner.

      Put a cushion under your knees, or you can by small foam pads to protects your knees as well
