This was one of the souvenirs we bought from a kitchen market in Japan, along with a wok ladle and cooking chopsticks. Jason walked through every shop in the market and doubled back and FINALLY settled on this one! We have a link to the same one that can be found on Amazon. We highly recommend it! -- Angie
Wow your channel is growing rapidly! It's been a month I've operated my channel and I think I'm still at the starting stage haha. Thank you for the great recipe!! 👍👍👍 Gyudon is also my favorite!
I recommend starting off with the measurements recommended on the packaging by the brand and modifying based on your personal taste. The Hondashi brand we have says to use 1 1/3 tsp for every 2 1/2 cups of water.
I don't know off the top of my head, the temperature is adjustable but doesn't have temperature readings. At the highest setting it's essentially boiling hot water.
Def making this tonight!!! Wife is one lucky lady!!!!!! A lady who can cut an onion like a pro!!!!!!!! Love!!!
I came here for the beef bowl but now I'm falling in love with this beautiful cooking pot. Looks handmade 😍

You can do it! It took us a while to figure out a grove with filming and editing. It still takes time but its getting easier to make videos.
I’m here to make this as a topping for my udon! It’s so good, might have to save the udon for next time lol. Glad I found your channel!
