1440p 250hz, maxing out all settings at 4k with RT got my brother 64 fps on cyberpunk and 71 fps on hogwarts 💀 with a 4090, don't pay $1800-2000 to get so little fps for the money, OLED 240hz 1440p max setting with a 4080 super gets you more value for money per fps

The only situation in which that claim is true would be if you only play - e-sport games, - 10 year old (or older) games, - indie games but if you play any even remotely modern, graphically intensive games you'll hit nowhere near those numbers.
5800x3d is more than capable of running this card as long you ain’t playing at 1080p but if you can afford this card I’d hope you’re not playing at 1080p

7800x3d is good but the problem is it only has 8 cores and I want the triple cache so I am aiming for 7900x3d because it’s between the 7800x3d and the 7950x3d with 12 cores
am5 high end mobo and ram, either cheap am5 and wait for the ryzen 9000 coz imo 7800x3d( and every cpu out rn) isn't good enough at high refresh rates coz all the games have poor optimization. or get a 7800x3d instead of the cheap am5 if you don't mind wasting money when you upgrade soon in like a couple months.

@@M4W07 "only $400 more" lol. Even if a game maxes out VRAM usage, it doesnt mean your game is unplayable. It will just borrow system memory and decrease frames a bit. But 4070S absolutely eats up 1080p gaming. Anything higher then you should really play at 1440p.

I have a 4070 ti super with a 7600x and I play at 4k. in more CPU intensive stuff I get a litttllle bottlenecked, but not too bad. so with the 7600 being a little lower then the 7600 and the 4080 super being a little higher then the 4080 super, I would probably say you'll end up CPU bottlenecked. I'd at least go for the 7600x if you can't strech out to a 7800x3d
Wouldn't recommend a 12th gen cpu atp, get a 13th/14th i9 if you need it for intensive workloads or else look into an i5 or 7800x3D, even a 5600x3D is fine

The 14700k I7 is notably better than the 13th gen equivalent and depending on where you are, is the same price or cheaper. Sure early on (when the reviews you are copy and pasting from) it may not have been worth it, but nowadays the 14th gen is the better choice. Unless the 13th gen is significantly cheaper in your market (not likely)

7800x3d is good but the problem is it only has 8 cores and I want the triple cache so I am aiming for 7900x3d because it’s between the 7800x3d and the 7950x3d with 12 cores
8 cores is enough bc it always has double the threads (16) unless you’re gonna use it for other than gaming then maybe the 7900x3d is a good idea
