Thank you so much for these videos. Everything else is for the instant pot. These give me a rough idea how to cook everything in this cooker. Amazing

Thank you. I Just got this same pressure cooker, and your videos have been way more helpful than the manual. Hope you post more recipe videos with this pressure cooker!

I have cooked dozen of meat dishes and love this Faberware cooker. I use mine for making hardboiled eggs that are easy to peel. Add your water and insert the steamer rack and put your eggs in steamer basket above the water and use the fish cooking menu and hit start. Use the quick release method after the OH done light illuminated and you have perfectly cooked hard boiled eggs for salad.

Just wanted to drop a quick comment and say "thank you" for the videos. I've been thinking about buying one of these pressure cookers. The Walmart price is fantastic, but in the many product reviews on their site it mentioned that the guide that comes with it could be A LOT better. I can see where it might be intimidating for some, but from watching your videos I think I can deal with the lack of a better guide. Thanks again. :)

Lol yes the manual sucks, but electric pressure cookers are still a very new thing so I haven't found a lot on them. I use mine all the time now I love it. I made the videos bc it took me a hour to figure it out lol. So I figured I wouldn't be the only one. Yes I got mine for $59.00 at Walmart and my friend got one for a $129.00 and she isn't happy with hers. Her meats don't come out tender enough. Luckily my have I'm not sure if it's bc of my brand or bc I've just gotten lucky lol. We eat the same things all the time so I haven't made any videos lately bc I don't want repeats. Also I just want quick and to the point videos. I don't like videos where people talk to much or use ingredients I've never heard of lol. we are pretty simple people. Well I hope u get it I love it. I have videos where I cook veggies and meat at the same time. Good luck

Wanted to thank you for the videos. I bought one of these at wal mart because of your videos. The guide is pitiful, but your videos have made it very usable. I've also found that many insta pot recipes work just fine for this. I love this cooker now. Thanks again.

This is my second video, I plan to watch them all. Love it. I do have one observation: When you open the steam valve it appears that the steam is bathing your cabinets which may eventually damage them.
    Thank you again.

Don't release the steam, let the machine cool and release the steam. When you release the steam, the meat also releases it's moisture, when the machine does it over time, the pours in the meat close catching all the moisture inside. I learned this from an old lady that used a pressure cooker all her life, my Mom.

Your description says you cooked for 40 min. but you cooked for a total of 30 min. Also, you should use a rack or other method to keep ribs off the bottom and not submerged. Also, you should use beef broth and add a tsp of liquid smoke and you're supposed to slightly broil the ribs in an oven after the pressure cooking.

Does the rack assist with steaming too?

I do mine submerged and I think it turns out better that way. I also do apple juice concentrate and apple cider, brown sugar, garlic, and bayleaves in the water.

Try cooking apple ribs with fresh apples and apple butter spread with soy sauce ginger and onions, bell peppers. I season my ribs with salt pepper, paprika, garlic, red chili flakes add Chinese Hoisin sauce rub. I also use the meat setting to cook my ribs.

Of all the videos I watched this was the most clear. The first one I watched the guy I think had the air valve turned in the wrong direction and then the second one I watched they had it in the other direction so I've had to watch like six more videos now so I could see which way with the correct way in your video what's the most clear so thank you. 😊😊👍
