Ugh. the app has huge potential but it doesn't even show how many tasks are due before you open up lists!!! I was hoping it would be there for1.0 but it's unusable for me until it gets implemented :(
I would love it if it had a widget! Widgets became essential for me, I need to see the main tasks for the day on my screen. Will this feature be implemented soon?
Love the design, UI and note taking elements. Really good Free Tier, totally agree. Can't see it as a replacement for Todoist anytime yet, e.g. NLP and integration. Con's, no integration with Outlook (always a poor show) and no Windows app. Thanks for the video.
Guess I'm sticking with todoist for now. The AI feature is cool but Wunderlist, when it came out, I remember using it for the simplicity. Mostly as a shopping list at the time. But as productivity apps have gone through a lot of changes and improvements, unless I see something that makes Wunderlist stand out more than what it is or was, I don't see myself switching back to it. Seems like mods built by users will do a lot of legwork as time passes. For now it looks like a mix of Todoist and Notion with less features. I have no doubt the improvements are on their way though. I'd like to hear from Wunderlist themselves to show why Wunderlist standw out from all other productivity apps around nowadays.
I like the idea of merging notes and todo's more. It's the reason people have been asking todoist to to a notes app for years. I like this about Things3 - but things is a lot more rigid in how those sections are structured (eg. notes and todos can't be mixed arbitrarily).
I'm really looking for something that combines both Task Management (Todo's) with some what good note taking abilities, and yet to find something does both well
Downloaded and started playing with this and really enjoyed it. Very clean. To me it's like "THINGS" app and "NOTION" combined into one app. Love the clean look and I also love that I can customize and add my own picture to make it "me". I also like that the free version is unlimited tasks. Also how you can share lists, personally I can only use apps that allows me to share with my wife so that we can be on the same page in life. Going to keep using it and seeing if it right for me. but so far, very good.
On the website they are saying Notion integration, but I can't find one in their integration menu/list !! Also, Google Calendar integration doesn't have an option to choose a particular calendar (maybe they will automatically sync with the default calendar-- Not ideal ! )
Really like the insert images into the ‘task’ directly. It’s one of my biggest grips with Todoist - sometimes a task just needs a few images included -inline with the text.
Although it is too early to say anything but I couldn't find a way to create custom filters to show according to a specific label group. Having that option would have been the best way to implement Eisenhower Matrix on the sidebar. Hopefully some RUclipsr will come up with a way around.
It looks nice, and more aesthetic and minimalistic than Todoist, but other than that what is the added value? Im guessing being able to write notes next to the tasks? Kind of like Evernote? I am still trying to see if its worth the 10USD per month investment. Would of loved a Trello integration and a built in calendar, because even though it can be synced with my Google Calendar I still have to switch screens to check for availability. Also wished they offered a free trial to test the premium features out.
While on the subject, it would be nice if they show in the little calendar view how many tasks we have assigned for each day, to notice if we are packing too many tasks in one day while assigning a date to the task (like Todoist does), more storage on the cloud (Todoist Pro offers unlimited storage for half the price) and finally, an NLP system for inputting tasks would be nice, for the price I think those would be reasonable.
Looks very clean. The issue I have is copy-pasting list of items from another app/message as it does not offer to create individual tasks (like TickTick does for example).
Thanks. I would love after a few weeks of working with it - if you would do a comparison with Todoist - the similarities are obvious. I will take a look at exporting notes - because if I want to use it as a combo Todolist and "lite" Notes app, will I be able to get my contents out easily (still have not found a good way to get my Evernote stuff out too well
The clean UI is promising, but the rest was kind of confusing, I can't really tell what the app is or what it does. I do like that it seems to be trying to blend notes and todos.
Looks good - so clean and interactive! The only thing that keeps me from giving it a try and using it as my primary task manager is knowing that it might get acquired and killed by some big company. Then I'd have to go back to what I'm currently using.
I played with the app for a while, I got confused and couldn’t understand how does it work. Some of the problems that annoyed me: can’t change the task list, and don’t understand how the tags work, I integrated my google calendar but couldn’t find where can I see tomorrow schedule. for me, this is just another to do app that I didn’t understand, and I will stick with Microsoft To Do for the time being
I see. People can choose this over TickTick because of its markdown style note taking. I've been asking TT to add this feature but they refuse to do so. Good to see another note+task manager. However, the note taking can be improved more by adding toggles, backlinks and other features. Plus, different views can be added as well like kanban.
I asked them about that and they said the best you could do was to drag it somewhere else so you don't see it in the sidebar (so I dragged it into Work). Not ideal but better than having to see it all the time.
It’s probably more a team app than for the individual user. For a free app it has a decent feature set. For a 100 dollar a year app it’s incomplete and unfinished.
After using the app I find the praise in the video baffling? Tags are in but useless as I can’t see a list of them? Is there no search? Why can I quickly add a useless tag when creating a task but not assign it to a list. Wish the team the best but for me this is a prime example of something being super overhyped and the product not matching the levels of interest.
Desculpe, mas meu desejo é que o aplicativo que estou tentando usar funcione, não adianta apresentar outro no momento... ainda mais que preciso do conteúdo em português Brasil.
I was a big fan of Wunderlist and was so disappointed it has been sold... This one makes me think about Evernote tasks... Curious timing to come with such a tool so lately... In a landscape so full of different mature products... I won't go for it personally...
This is easily as good as Ticktick or Todoist but what is disappointing is the price of the Pro version. Ticktick is $36 and Superlist is $96 with the -20% if you go for the annual plan, or $10 a month .... way way way way too expensive!!!!
Agree on the price but I would also argue that against at least Ticktick, Superlist is missing a lot of features. TT has so many different views and the calendar integration is great. Also you get habits and other stuff in TT as well
Hold your horses! I've just tested this on mac m1, and it's very buggy - subtasks keep disappearing from view while being still part of the total count, some characters from the subtasks removed after coming out of the view and back in, etc. Tried the web version as well - same thing... kinda sad though, because their free plan seemed quite good
The moment you said it is VC funded by Cherry Ventures, I am out. VCware is a painful experience for customers. The whole Skiff saga has completely driven me to ditch anything that doesn't have a future (objective). Superlist will be bought out. I don't want to have to make a switch further down the line.
@keepproductive But if you're going to support / develop an iOS app, it should be considered from day 1. The CloudKit API has to be easier than any others to integrate b/c it's running on an iOS device. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

No worries Brian.
I have been using from today morning and it's the app which I would build so ups

Thanks for the introduction! Going to use this exclusively for a few weeks and see if it sticks with me. Love the design & functionality.
please let us know!

Start the clock on the acquisition by one of the Big Three whereby you get to export and move onto the next one.

Awesome design and UX. Still need some features like Widgets for Android and a Desktop App for Windows/Linux. Looks promising

Love the voice message
Thank you! I have been looking for the replacement of Wunderlist!
Does superlist have calendar view on free plan subscription
How much did this video cost them?
Having reviewed this app, do you think it is better than Things 3? Does it come with shortcuts?
It looks nice, and more aesthetic and minimalistic than Todoist, but other than that what is the added value? Im guessing being able to write notes next to the tasks? Kind of like Evernote? This is one I think I'm going to have to try out.

Oh come on, such a cool app and desktop client for Windows. The web app is really slow and choppy
I played with the app for a while, I got confused and couldn’t understand how does it work.
Some of the problems that annoyed me: can’t change the task list, and don’t understand how the tags work, I integrated my google calendar but couldn’t find where can I see tomorrow schedule.
for me, this is just another to do app that I didn’t understand, and I will stick with Microsoft To Do for the time being
Amen, the simplicity of Microsoft To Do works for me
Thanks for the review! Functionality reminds me of a Routine, I used to like it. But free plan of the Superlist is better, than Routine's
Is it available offline?
Like the voice comments feature - great for families
I see. People can choose this over TickTick because of its markdown style note taking. I've been asking TT to add this feature but they refuse to do so. Good to see another note+task manager. Please, could you enumerate apps (ios/ipados) what “synchronize” with Reminders stock app?
I found it very strange that the iPad version does not do landscape but only portrait mode.
Yeah, same as Android Tablet.
Can I add my company logo for teams?
I’ll never use “Messages” so I wish I could toggle that off in settings. Then I’d try this out.
I asked them about that and they said the best you could do was to drag it somewhere else so you don't see it in the sidebar (so I dragged it into Work). Not ideal but better than having to see it all the time.
I enjoyed the music at the end of this :D

price?
Their website includes Notion icons, hence I was a bit disappointed after creating an account, to find Notion isn't actually an integration option
I haven't got the option to add a new task down by the avatar. I've tried on Chrome and Edge. Anyone else not have it?
How do you feel it compares to a to-do/notes app like Amplenote?
Different realms really, I would say whilst Amplenote have a neat task abilities, this is much more of a full fledged to-do apps.
Todoist is the best change my mind
I’m baffled as to why this app, with its numerous reported issues, is rated 8.2 on Tool Finder? Can you please explain your rationale?
In our tests, we only found 2-3 bugs. We’d love people to share user reviews so they can share their experience.
I reckon Two's is a much better contender in this space and very underrated.
Different type of tool IMO.
"Does Superlist have natural language input feature similar to Todoist?"
Feels like Notion and Todoist had a baby.
hm, nothing Todoist can't do, which is also much cheaper
After using the app I find the praise in the video baffling? Tags are in but useless as I can’t see a list of them? Is there no search? Why can I quickly add a useless tag when creating a task but not assign it to a list. Agree. The most basic things - search and list management, is still problematic.
Ffs! I just set up todoist and obsidian with completed tasks for journalling. Can someone make an obsidian plug in for this app please :)
Desculpe, mas meu desejo é que o aplicativo que estou tentando usar funcione, não adianta apresentar outro no momento... ainda mais que preciso do conteúdo em português Brasil.
How does this compare to Todoist and Tick Tick?
The feel and look is pretty similar to apple reminders
This is relevant to my interests.
👀 I'm glad.
I was a big fan of Wunderlist and was so disappointed it has been sold... This one makes me think about Evernote tasks... Curious timing to come with such a tool so lately... In a landscape so full of different mature products... I won't go for it personally...
iPad app doesn’t have landscape…big L
The ipad version seems to support only portrait mode, which makes this useless for me.
A proper iPad support is in the making.

What app is in the screenshot at 4:50?
Finder of macOS
@@marcococciu2994 lol, I meant the app that he chose a screenshot of in Finder
Why is this unlisted?
We're putting it out to the world now. :)
Wow. This looks like a Things3 beater.

Another application without a start date.
No windows app + 2x price than todoist.. no thank you

Nice look but Eeeehh.... TickTick Rules!
This app is so very buggy. Unusable. Deletes stuff, doesn’t respect reordering, etc
No app to Windows?! oookkkkeeyyyy...
what is the poitn of having 50 million todoist clones . they all kind of look the same and do the same
😹
All the elements are too small. May be fine for young people but not for more mature folks.
Yet another calendar / todo app that doesn't support iCloud out of the box. 😢😢
iCloud support is less common these days. I thought it would be more adopted.
@keepproductive But if you're going to support / develop an iOS app, it should be considered from day 1. The CloudKit API has to be easier than any others to integrate b/c it's running on an iOS device. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Yeah. I was so excited but that's the deal breaker for me :/
Which solid project management app does support iCloud and iCloud calendars?
Another task/project management app that is by default a subscription service. There is absolutely no reason this kind of software should require a subscription. The state of software is awful right now.
How do you propose they make money?
@@Deepesh-SS selling software. The way companies made money for years.
