    I have a honey syrup of garlic ginger turmeric oregano and black pepper that I make a tea out of in morning. I do drink a lot of water and do add cucumber.

    Grassfed beef or buff should also be added since it is anti inflammatory and superfood, buff and lamb which is grassfed can also do
