    Thanks for the lovely podcast, its an eye opener, I practice Yoga regularly, my mom-in-law is 92year old, she practices Yoga, fasting regularly, she sits on the floor for 45mins everyday doing Puja, makes her own tea, swims, has neem juice empty stomach for a month of Chitra, even me & my husband have Neem juice for a month, its excellent for immunity, we hardly fall sick

    excellent - favorite of an abundance of take-aways: Ryan Fernando build is ideal; as long as strong, flexible, proportionate vs body building - importance of mind for health; e.g., a sleep-deprived new mother can still feel good if focused on blessing/joy of newborn - to be cautious of forced inhale/exhale, breath-holding such as Wim Hof - Thank you so much! Every second was informative & fun

    Hello Ryan, thanks for bringing such informative podcasts with beautiful people. Can I request you to make a video on pre/post workout meals with plant based diet. Especially plant based protein options and how much to take. I have been thriving with plant based diet. But I am always looking for good portion of protein post workout. Pls share some tips on this

    Happy Diwali to all, In your busy life try to understand the importance of Health.
    Food- Avoid over processed food, extreme masala food, avoid Maida, sugar, having 3 times whites a day.
    Eat Nutrition food - whole food, salad, steam vegetables, boiled one, don't eat over processed.
    Sleep :- helps your mental & physical health
    Sleep deprivation lead to- faster aging, insulin resistance, repairing body is compromised, hormones imbalance, decrease in resting metabolism.
    Sleep for 7 to 8 hrs, try to sleep on time everyday.
    Gut health- what you eat matter alot
    Whole food : more Nutrients =>long term energy
    Processed food :- less Nutrients => short term energy.
    In your gut :- food helps in
    Detoxification, Recovery the body, Growth in the body, fullfil Nutrition deficiency, Right food gives you energy not laziness.
    Yoga means understanding yourself, your body , your hormones, understanding what actually your body want!
    Nature helps us, teach us the reality of life.
    Meditation, exposure to sun 🌞, nature Naturally Heals your body - sleep, street free, Enegry, Focus...
