Thanks for the lovely podcast, its an eye opener, I practice Yoga regularly, my mom-in-law is 92year old, she practices Yoga, fasting regularly, she sits on the floor for 45mins everyday doing Puja, makes her own tea, swims, has neem juice empty stomach for a month of Chitra, even me & my husband have Neem juice for a month, its excellent for immunity, we hardly fall sick
I genuinely think that wasting time on different nonsense, people should be enlightened by these personalities. Thank you so much sir and Hansa Maa 🙏, I will be following the path you have shown.

Happy Diwali to all, In your busy life try to understand the importance of Health. Food- Avoid over processed food, extreme masala food, avoid Maida, sugar, having 3 times whites a day. Eat Nutrition food - whole food, salad, steam vegetables, boiled one, don't eat over processed. Sleep :- helps your mental & physical health Sleep deprivation lead to- faster aging, insulin resistance, repairing body is compromised, hormones imbalance, decrease in resting metabolism. Sleep for 7 to 8 hrs, try to sleep on time everyday. Gut health- what you eat matter alot Whole food : more Nutrients =>long term energy Processed food :- less Nutrients => short term energy.
