Very good point by Mr Gavasker...let the game be run by those who have the whole game in their mind and no other vested intereats
Excellent message from Gavaskar. Great
It’s always pleasure to listen to Gavaskar because he is very outspoken and never hesitate to speak the truth.
Great point and Jay Shah deserves appreciation.
Harasha Bhogle is a great commentator. He too has never played cricket
You mean he never played International cricket right?
Interesting view point
Jay Shah is modern reformer of india Cricket.. you saw the result, Indian will more ICC trophy’s under jay Shah tenure
acha why he is selecting , playing and winning? dumb
whatever it is, the governance and overall infrastructure of the Indian cricket and their compensation has improved for good of Indian cricket.. the mandatory rule to play first class cricket to secure A contract will be good for Indian cricket.
He speaks his mind and heart also .👍👍
So mr gavaskar wants secretary's and presidents sit in teams dressing rooms 😂😂😂
Rou le aur zara
@@divyanshrana1925 kya role sahi baat tho bola tu nae Manta tho kya sach change nae hoga 🤣🤣
You are right. There was no need for Jay Shah and Rajiv Shukla to be in the bus during victory parade. People wanted to see team India not them.
@@araturi5 have you ever seen cricket Australia CEO and England cricket board ceo celebrate with their players when they win world cups?? Pat Cummins won the world cup in india last year but no cricket Australia officials came to ground to celebrate with pat Cummins they decided to stay away from the team they show their professionalism
@@debasismohanty1952 hv u seen this xhutiyapa in Aus or Eng public ?
Gavaskar is right
Valid points by Mr. Gavaskar. People do tend to compare their era with current one and make some assumptions that are not necessarily helpful. However I don't think Shukla and Jay Shah belong in this bus. This Shukla guy is seen everywhere and I was initially wondering who is this fat dude in Indian jersey! 😄😄😄
i 100% agree with gavaskar
Something tells me that wasn't what the anchor wanted to hear, it was a leading question.
Amazing how Gavaskar called JS an "expert"
Please ask him Only about Batting....
Somebody pls enlighten me about Jay Shah's credentials which made him the BCCI secretary. Apart from his Dad connection of course.
If somebody is someone's son, it doesn't prevent him to live and to be part of the society.
Gavaskar's each comment will have a selfish motive. If there are sufficient mumbaikars in the team he's happy. If Rohit swings his bat and gets out it's a sacrifice but if anyone else gets out same way it's poor shot selection. Panth's pr has taken care of him! Similarly Rohan gavaskar has been well taken care of!!!
Such a discouraging message coming from a legend. Why can't a cricketer participate in cricket administration? The BCCI should help such cricketers in gaining knowldege regarding administration but they don't since most of the political parties control state cricket administration and from which they come into BCCI and control BCCI, thereby no chance for any cricketer to participate in administration.
The best administeators in Cricket Australia have been non-players too. Or players that only played at a local level. Look at Malcolm Speed and James Sutherland.
Gavaskar still hitting out of the boundary.
Look at the happiness in face of lap dog rahul when talking good about their master
😂😂what your current govt did for our country ? It's godi media who has been showing things like in the favour of central govt due to money ...
If you are politicizing the cricket ,it's really great shame for u ....
Cricket has always been politicized because it involves money. Sharad Pawar, Vilasrao Deshmukh, Jay Shah and many more ...
Sunil gavaskar is in chato mood !! Nowdays he doesn't have backbone !!! Any padma award remaining or rajya sabha 😂😂😂
He can't criticise bcci 😂😂 because of bcci commentary contract
Dont worry u r not getting any Padma award ever from the Italian anti-national dimwit..anyway he's never gonna pm of this nation
Flattering HM Amit Shah's s(ci)on and Suggesting that the Bharat Ratna be awarded to Rahul Dravid, with the expectation that Dravid will reciprocate the appeal.
These are the "Sunny Ways" of pitching for the Bharat Ratna for himself ‼️
Gavaskar has a backbone. He just has an opinion which hurts your feelings and prejudices 😂
I always sensed gavaskar was a cunning man, he used to make fun of his co - commentators often
Mr Sunnyji - so Parivarvaad is good for Indian cricket? Why care about talent then? Jay Shah is sitting there because of his dad!!!
But hasn't he achieved anything for Indian cricket?
wo elect hoke aaya h , not through appointment , already served in state cricket baord
indian cricket was always run by politicians and businessmen as they end up becoming heads of their state cricket boards. sharad pawar, arun jaitley, dalmia, N Srini to name a few- Jay shah has actualy done a good job.
Gavaskar also knows next 5 years he and his son needs to get better contracts ftom BCCI.
It's all about give and take. You scratch mine and I will scratch yours
BCCI SERVING VERY GOID CHAAT. AND GAVASKAR ENJOYING THE CHAAT
He's just saying facts. The best administrators of the England Cricket Board and Cricket Australia have also been non-former top players.
@DaGizza I agree on non cricketer or cricket theory. But the current guy got the throne with no credit to his name.
Gavaskar has always been a great diplomat when it comes to his perdonal interest and nothing wrong with that. I to am stating facts.
@@irwinpinto4819 Not just the current guy, you look at the past. Sharad Pawar who is probably the most corrupt politician India has ever produced became the chief of BCCI and later on ICC. Wherever there is money and power, there will always be politicians. Be it sports, education or banks.
@@MihirS84 I thought we moving ahead of pre 2014. Looks like whatever was done then is continuing to happen and even to a great extent.
If wrong was done in the past do you continue with the wrong... Then how are you different. Different by doing more wrong, being more corrupt?
Jay shah didnt do no squat Gavaskar, dont become a chella of the govt, as you are a respected player and its best to be non partisan
So he can't praise the accident president huh..
So much pain to hear the truth?
its his opinion and he has a right to it. gavaskar is a fair person
He does and I do as well to my opinion on him 😂@@srinivasaniyer6219
Gavaskar made fair points on bringing equal pay and incentivising first-class cricket. Why you don't you rebut him on the actual points that were made rather than resort to ad hominem?
Whaaaat?? Keep cricketers awar from cricket administration/governance???? Lol whaaaat 😂
Everyone says complete opposite
Nah Malcolm Speed and James Sutherland were the best presidents of Cricket Australia. Malcolm Speed never played high level ceicket and Sutherland only 4 games at state level (Sutherland is a CA and had business experience before becoming chair of CA)
Immmm! Do you mean Engineers should be kept away from the construction?!??
Completely illogical, Administration and Executives are both different. Players are like executives they just have Play.
No Engineers should be kept away from real estate business unless he is good at marketing and business strategies.. They should be confined to construction..
According to your logic
Should a brick layer design the architecture of a building?
Construction company Ka CEO civil engineer ho ye jaruri nhi , koi MBA grad hoga . Even ministries related to communications or Railways , avaiation or road consructions all are headed by IAS officers and not engineers.
The best cricket administrators in Australia were Malcolm Speed and James Sutherlands. They were not top players like Gilchrist, Border, Hayden and Ponting.
gavaskar is a joke
Gavaskar is spot on. Look at the presidents of Cricket Australia or the England Cricket Board and see who were the best administrators in these countries. It's not former players.
This fellow Gavaskar is no doubt a legend but a selfish cricketer. In his days he played more for records than for the team. He is jealous of the present cricketers and the revenue they earn.
but he just said the opposite...he wants the young cricketers and women cricketers to make money and that is one good thing that happened recently
