I love how well she explains the relationship between Christine and the Phantom because yes it is an unhealthy relationship but it is a beautiful one. Yes the phantom does fall for her romantically, it also goes far beyond that, especially in this movie - she's everything to him because she's the only one in the entire world who understands him so it's not really a surprise that he's so desperate not to lose her!

Raoul is such a pain in the butt....😆 I mean, Raoul could've gone with any other woman. He was too good for an opera girl… It just so happens that he took a liking to her and started acting as if there's no one else in the world for him. On the other hand, for the phantom, it has always been Christine. When Christine was a chorus girl Raoul didn't even look at her..... The Phantom wrote an entire opera for her, what did Raoul do?
Who can tell she's sixteen here, she's talking like such an adult.

Watching the movie, I didn't even realize she was a teenager. I don't think I could've spoken as eloquently at 16. Heck, as a 27 year old, I don't.

She's so mature and well-spoken during the interview. It's only at the end when she has her giddy little fangirl moment over getting to kiss two gorgeous men that you remember that, (at the time of the interview,) she was actually a teenage girl! She was only 16 or 17 during filming.

there isn't
when they built the opera house, there was an underground river, a side arm of the Seine, wich crossed the Property. The house couldn't be build that way, so they redirected the river and collected all the water in an underground lake. Nowadays it's simply a basin for rain water, wich needs to be pumped out once in a while by fireman so it wont run over.
