      Bless you!!! I can't join right now but want so bad to be able to. I have bought almost all your DVDs tho!! So happy to know you remember us here. I'm so happy ( I do understand you have to give the majority of your work time to the subscription site. That makes total sense. As soon as I can afford to, I'm getting the year plan) So many blessings to you and your family 🤗

    Hi Jessica thanks so much for the update. Your workouts have been a huge part of my life since 2018. I own many of your digital downloads and love them! But with that being said some of my favorite workouts are on your U-tube channel so I am so so grateful for the update and for all you do!!!❤

    Thanks for all the great workouts. . . Just wanted to let you know that when days are overwhelming and life gets super busy your "Turley trot" from years ago is my "comfort workout". I have been working out w you since the Women's Heath DVDs you were in and am so glad and so grateful you continue to be an example of fit and energetic while living out how "balance" fits into the mix.     We've missed you; I've been following you for years! I love that your workouts you give clear instructions and a lot of variations for differently-abled people. I find your workouts invigorating but also calming as well. I missed working out with you. Does your website have shorter workouts that can be stacked? It's so hard to find a 30-60 min block of time to workout.

    Her metcon and steady cardio was the vest. The walkinf switch had me not do her workouts. At least I know now theres a membership toncheckiut and see if those tougher workouts are there

      Hi! Great to hear from you again, hope all is well! I'm definitely a big fan of working smarter, not harder :) My top focus these days (especially for women and anyone over the age of 35!) is strength training that deliberately build muscle and strength building in some Zone 2, mitochondria building cardio (hence the walking :) and strategic HIIT sessions (if desired).
      Muscle becomes even more important for women during peri and post-menopausal years (peri menopause can begin as early as age 35, also the age when our muscle and strength begins to annually decline with aging), as declining estrogen levels can put us at risk for metabolic health issues such as obesity, diabetes, and Alzheimer's dementia. If that sounds like a good fit for you, I hope you will come check out what we are doing in the membership with our "Your Best Year Yet" plan!

    I was just doing one of you workouts on AAP and was wondering if you were coming back to RUclips. I absolutely love The Best Year Yet, especially the journal that goes with it. I actually just started looking at it this week and was kicking myself for not starting in January. However, I will go back and review those journal entries, too. I love the idea of the monthly themes, not only for workouts but for every day life. It has taken me a long time but I think I am doing so much better listening to my body and not feeling bad when I can't do something and have to modify a move.

      Hi @KCorrine! Oh gosh, please don't worry about not starting in January, the most important thing is you are STARTING! YES!! So happy to have you with us for this journey. Keep focusing on all that you can do and please keep honoring your body, the work you are doing is amazing. (Ps - remember, those modifications you are making don't necessarily mean 'easier'... they just mean 'better' for your body!). You got this! Here's to your best year yet!

    I still do these workouts! Your channel was a game changer for me. I now use the app. So far, so good, but I enjoy coming back to the older RUclips workouts. 10 years. What???????????

    I'm so excited you're coming back, Jessica! My favorites of yours are cardio for bad knees and bad back. I have to rewind each and do a few times to get a great workout. I would love if you could do a longer 30 or 40 minute video combining a bad knee and back workout!

    So glad you are coming back, Jessica! I am really hoping you will have some specifically osteoporosis friendly workouts as well. I own tons of your DVD's and it would be nice to know for sure that they are safe for me now. Thanks again - I love your energy, and I love to see your mom on the workouts too!

      Thanks so much! The great news is that regular exercise has been shown to help build bone density and prevent further loss, but it's super important to continue talking to your doctor about what types of exercise (and movements) are best for your body as the recommendations can change with the degree (and location) of the bone loss you are experiencing. My top recommendation is strength training, but be sure to get your doctor's clearance and advice on what is best for your body and your personal, current condition before starting any exercise program. :)

      Their length varies. What’s great is that Jessica offers alternatives for if you’re short on time, under the weather, or if you want to add on. She makes it so easy to do what’s best for you. You should check out AAP, I can’t recommend it enough!
