Skaar Banner is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, usually as a supporting character in stories featuring his father, the Hulk, who conceived Skaar with the extraterrestrial Caiera during the 2006-2007 "Planet Hulk" storyline. Created by writer Greg Pak and artist John Romita Jr., he first appeared in What If? Planet Hulk #1 (cover-dated December 2007).
Skaar made his animation debut in the animated series Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. (2013-2015), and his live-action Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) debut in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (2022) by Wil Deusner.

Introducing other Hulk like characters won't mean squat if they don't fix the actual Hulk himself... Mcu needs to do him justice before Introducing other wannabes..
You do know that Universal studios owns his solo film rights and not Disney/Marvel Studios who make the MCU films. Hulk can only appear in crossover films until they get the solo film rights back. Don't know a lot about Marvel do you.
@@wigans37 lmao i do know about the rights issue but that's not my point here... Mcu were the ones who failed the Hulk not Universal.. Yes it sucks that they haven't made more solo Hulk movies due to the rights issue but Mcu were the one's who dropped the ball.
Mcu failed the Hulk both powerwise and character wise... these have nothing to do with rights issue.
Powerwise: Mcu ever since Ruffalo took over have literally been ignoring Hulk's core powers(Imagine Dceu forgetting Superman could fly or Mcu forgetting Thor could summon lightning that's essentially what mcu did to the Hulk powerwise). We don't see him get stronger the madder he gets,we don't see him heal(on screen),we don't see him do things that makes him the freaking Hulk... Instead of showcasing his absurd healing,they instead decided that it was Jen's blood that healed him(Horrible writing at it's finest).
Mcu's Hulk has virtually lost every fight he's been in and the one's he didn't lose he only won due to the circumstance...
Mcu uses the Hulk as a benchmark and a worf effect character.
His arcs are butchered.
Heck even the Russos themselves came out to admit that they nerfed the Hulk and didn't know what to do with him.
Once again my point is,what's the use in introducing other Hulk like characters when they haven't done the actual Hulk proper..

You don't need to have him in solo movies to showcase his core powers. So stop using the rights excuse to defend Mcu,Mcu failed the Hulk. Bad writing is bad writing regardless. Imagine them ignoring Spider-Man's core powers and giving the excuse of "oh but we don't have full rights that's why"...

@@David_Scar MCU hulk wasn't bad in 2012, didn't show us his healing factor or his immeasurable strength but they got his base foundational strength right and his durability on point. Plus he super jumped all over the damn place which was just epic. Too bad they couldn't keep that momentum going.

I watched one episode and called it quits. I can't stand mark rufflos hulk either.
That show was made for a minority of people. I tried it, even got through the entire season and can honestly say it's not good, but the numbers have been in on that for awhile and it's majority viewers have not liked it.

The one thing I have to say I really really don't like is that they for some reason have just totally abandoned the comics version of the real HULK and shrank HULK a ton to where he's basically a normal sized dude. He by no means looks like a formidable hero at all now. Hell THANOS kicked his ass like he was a step child. LOL!
He's tiny now. In the older comics HULK got bigger and stronger the angrier he got to where he was ranked way way way up the charts as far as power or strength. Now he ain't sh@+t. SMDH!!!!
The fight with Thanos was great from a cinematic theme, but come on: it should’ve been a much Much, MUCH tougher fight for Thanos, with him only winning because f the infinity Stone he had

Thanos generally wins against the Hulk even in the comics.. Thanos is on a whole different level when comparing their base forms. Comic-wise Hulk has potential to beat him, but to get to that point it takes a lot of factors working together for it to happen. Thanos isn't only strong, he is incredibly intelligent, almost as durable, uses magic and technology.. he's just on a different level as a character and he definitely isn't going to let Hulk ramp up to his level before snuffing him out. Thanos is definitely one of the people with the means to kill Hulk if he wanted to.. but in general he doesn't like fighting the Hulk.

I personally still feel the very first HULK movie Marvel made with Eric Bana was more comic like as opposed to now but ya I see how Thanos could kick his ass with the stuff he has at his disposal though. Can someone explain to me why there are more tv series versus movies coming out in the MCU?
My guess is acouple reasons,
1 maybe they're trying to get as many people as possible subscribed to Disney plus since it's the only place you can watch the shows, but you can see the movies in theaters or buy them on blue ray
2 being in theory it's a great way to introduce characters they aren't really sure about yet then put them in later to the big marvel films. But so far with most of the shows they haven't been great, most are watchable and enjoyable but she hulk was utter garbage a slap in the face to every hulk fan out there in my opinion

@poppa the money reason is almost a guaranteed reason because almost every movie they make they invest 100s of millions into production and marketing, the character reasoning is just my best guess as to why they are doing more TV shows to see what sticks and what doesn't, it seems like they have a concrete plan in place for certain characters and other ones that they are testing out to see what will and won't work out. And of course no problem I like these conversations and like I said it's just my best guess from paying attention to the mcu since the early 2010s and to disney buying them out it's just my own personal theories on it

Hulk in avengers movies is grotesque, small with glasses and haircut. They did that in purpose. Feminism is everywhere. They took out emotions and infused there jokes. They should produce 3 versions of same movie whete main character like here hulk and scaar, is child, for youngest audience.
