Using our INSTANT POT to MEAL PREP Chicken and Rice | Easy Meal Prep Recipe | Dining with Tara

Today we are making a super easy Instant Pot meal prep recipe! We are making a chicken, rice, and veggie dish that is super flavorful - you are going to love it!

1 ½ cups White Rice (rinsed and
drained)
3 pounds cubed Chicken
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Sazon
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Turmeric
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
1 ½ cups Chicken Bone Broth
22 ounces Frozen Vegetables
Set the Instant Pot to sauté on HIGH and when hot add the avocado
oil. Add the chicken and the dried spices and sauté for 2-4 minutes or
until chicken is slightly golden and partially cooked. Add the rice and stir
well. Add the bone broth and deglaze the bottom of the pot. Close the
lid. Press cancel on the Instant Pot and set to HIGH pressure for 4
minutes. Allow 10 minutes of natural pressure and then perform a quick
release. Fluff the rice and then add the thawed frozen vegetables. Stir
well. Spoon into meal prep containers and enjoy!

1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon pink salt
2 teaspoons oregano
1 tsp ground black pepper
