- Federal agents seized thousands of deadly fentanyl pills and several kilos of cocaine and methamphetamine in a large drug trafficking operation.
Federal agents with the FBI and DEA told KOMO News this was part of a coordinated effort Wednesday to disrupt a large drug trafficking organization they’ve been investigating since 2022, indicting more than a dozen major players from King and Pierce counties involved in a drug trafficking operation.

I had a friend who was busted for growing weed back when it was illegal for doing so. The narcotics task force found his small stash of coke in his desk drawer and did it on his kitchen counters. He was never charged for having coke. Which, when I hear a story like this, makes me wonder what truly happens to all the drugs that are seized? It’s worth too much money to just throw into a landfill so what does the feds do with it? I bet it gets sold and they make the money.

Fentanyl it would help to educate in schools the severity of this drug until it is put to rest. Laws should change as far as sentencing based on how dangerous the drug is. Definitely would like see that one go away to never return. Great job
