Hello, congratulations for the video. I use sagola 3300(1.3 tech) and 4600(1.3dvr clear). Unfortunately, with the new gun 4600, the clear is not as smooth as with 3300!! If I buy a Titania cap would it make a difference!? Thanks!
I have the Titania pro air cap with the 1.3xl on my Sagola Digital 4600 xtreme. It is so fast. Great finish. I just ordered the 1.2 xl because I think it will slow it down just a bit. Great video!

For restoration work how would you compare it to a devil pro Lite 110 1.3 air cap ?I've had a lot of ups and downs with my pro Lite. match appreciate will I be moving a lot faster?
persoanly for that kind of work id maybe be looking at the new iwata or sata 5500x
How does the anodized finish hold up on the air caps? Cant help but think the orange and black would look ratty after a few months?
cant really say on that one tbh mate as ive only had this a month so far its been used multiple times daily so far though and been cleaned thoroughly fter each use and so far there is no sign of wear
You said in a previous video that you use mostly Kronox 610. Is that still the case or do you use other clears?
We use the kronox 610 mate and the roberloa hs premium both from roberlo but in the colder months like atm the hs cures a little quicker and easier so we use that for some jobs to speed things up

hey , the best thing to do is to check the link in the description for the application guide on sagolas website, personally if your looking at the sagola range id say the dvr aqua it can be used for solvent and water based base coats, it is very very good and one i use daily

How does this “Titania” aircap compare to the “Clear” aircap... thx
the titania is more for lower viscosity clears as i say in the video and more of an all round air cap the dvr clear i use daily for clear and its an awesome clear cap setup
Hey Tony would you say the iwata ws400 1.3HD is a better gun for clear ?
as much as i love my iwatas alot honestly since ive started using the sagolas i havent used one of my ws400s mate
Tony's Refinishing The reason I ask is because I have a brand new Black Mamba ws400 1.3HD which I might just sell to fund for the Sagola
I won’t tell you wether or not to sell one mate that would be your choice but for me my preferred guns are these for clear atm they have a nicer easier to set up fan , and are a lot quicker for application too
have you ever used the sagola 4500. If so can I just get the titania cap for it and not buy a new gun?
Not used one mate bu the 4500 is a different gun so you would need a new one

Hi tony-! What is clear coat?
clearcoat is applied over the basecoat, clearcoat is the glossy and transparent layer that forms a barrier over the colour and adds weather resistance to the colour under it and the panel. it is a durable layer that adds chemical , abrasion and uv resistance.

The gti lite and this gun look so similar to me idk
They do have a similar look yes but that’s where the similarities end this is by far a better gun in my opinion and a lot better made too
Tony's Refinishing what fun would you recommend that you can use for base coat and clear coat. I ppg deltron basecoat and HS clear
probably the old titaina then as its the all rounder gun

no unfortunately its the type of lens on a gopro makes all things look abit out of aspect tbh, if you look in the first part where i spray it square infront of me infront of the filters you get a better idea

hi the sata is fast but doesnt feel like you have alot of control over the gun, the sagloa is fast but does feel like you have control

yes it is but at the same time this is a limited edtion for starters all limited edtions are more from any manufacturer, also the build quality is alot better on these than the dv1 and they perform alot better too

has nothing to do with my sponsors. i have a dv1 in my shop and the sagola clear guns and gun for gun the sagola out performs the devilbiss dv1 , the sagola offers better value for money , better build quality , and has to be one of the easiest and quickest guns on the market today to spray with
@@TonysRefinishingTV why is sagola better value for money ?? i use devilbiss last 10 year (gti,gti pro ,and lite)and never have failure.I use iwata ws400 and must change nedelee every 7-8 months.Also i never say devilbiss is more quality then sata ,This is only your opinion and nothing more ,,you must use gun 2 year and you see quality .
ive used devilbiss sata iwata for years, used the ws400s for years too and never changed one part on any of the three i have either, and my opinion is based on 20 years in this industry using almost every gun available on the market , i am not saying the devilbiss gun is a bad gun you would know this is you had watched the review i did on the dv1 where i compared it to the 4600 dvr clear and also my comments there on why it is better value for money too over the dv1, i am by no means biased to one manufacturer or another we simply make a video based on the gun with no input from our sponsors or nay other firm for that matter and i give my honest opinion on the gun , product, clearcoat whatever it may be that we have to show, not everyone will agree i understand but anyone i know who has tried one of these newly redesigned guns has also agreed
