I just found out, they are only a cover band. The original "Space Cowboy Junkies" toured 1,8 billion years ago through the universe and they were incomparable phenomenal. So i'm told.
A wonderful show from one of the world's most underrated bands!
I've seen hundreds of concerts and these folks are in the top 5

Always have loved this band, never got to see them so am envious of the folks who saw this tour in the UK.
But watching this show has given me front row seats ok the atmosphere is missing alone at home but still?
Brilliant gig. Such a laid back band, steady groove from bass and drum, simple guitar solos, no flagellation or hysterics from the lead instrumentalists, great vocalist, what’s not to like? I’m pleased I found this band all those years ago, the eighties, when all that shit music hit

I finally saw them live (05/15/2022) in Hopewell, VA. We traveled from Austin, TX. Worth every penny! I do wish they showed more of Alan Anton on this performance. His bass is such a huge part of their sound. It’s still a beautifully filmed and executed performance.

Definitely! Mike gets 'lost' cuz he concentrates so hard, so into it that he transcends. I love his style and his use of effects. These guys have come a long way since The Trinity Sessions, which I loved when it debuted. These guys are amazing. And I'm in love with Margot!

Como é bacana envelhecer na mesma geração dos Cowbpys Junkies, lembro me quando comprei o Trinity sessions, quando ouvi o álbum inteiro já sabia que seria uma das bandas preferidas de tidos os tempos e para todos os tempos .Isto já se fazem 31 anos , o tempo passou, mas com os Cowboys Junkies eles ( os anos )tem sido menos amargos

The CJ's are the best, one of my all time favorite bands, thanks for posting this performance, I played this performance all the time back in the day ... when I had a CD/DVD player. It is hard to find and seldom shows shows up on the streaming services. I finally saw them a few years ago in Boise. For a band that sits around the truly rock!
WOW! Mind and heart exploding. Goosebumps. This is the best live concert on YT. I always liked Cowboy Junkies on the radio. I had NO IDEA they were this amazing live. Are they still touring?

Is there a cd version of this or is it just a dvd
The release includes a concert DVD along with a CD. Only 11 tracks of the 18 that are on the DVD appear on the CD.
