I've been using one of these for two years now. I can confidently say that they greatly improve air quality if you have lots of dust and pets. I have seen an enormous reduction in allergic reactions since I bought it (Allergic to dust, mold and several other things)

Levoit just got caught by the BBB for not using genuine HEPA filters in their air purifiers despite marketing them as "True HEPA" products. Dyson called them out and they didn't even try to counter their claims lol. So deceptive.
The best air purifier is now a box setup with pc fans. They perfrom the same as them most expensive with half the noise and less then half the energy costs
I have like 5 of the mini ones as well as the big one, its seriously a game changer! I have 4 dogs and 2 cats, I can confirm its amazing to cover up those stinkers scents.
Maybe it is impossible to replace the charcoals in the filter mesh after washing but you could still place charcoals outside of the filter from elsewhere, there's always a workaround in this situation. I have something like this, I always wash my filter monthly.
For me air purifier is vital, though not this one, my air purifier is a lot bigger but essentially it has the same construction: a fan that pulls air through a multi-layered filter that contains HEPA filter and coal filter. In my city air pollution is a big problem - during winter our energy stations and households burn a lot of coal which fills the air in and around the city with gray smog made mostly out of ash, which of course is anything but healthy. I actually had been diagnosed chronic bronchitis years ago and it somehow disappeared shortly after I installed the purifier. I'm not entirely sure if I should thank it and not something else that I changed in my life and of course - it also can't be ruled out that the initial diagnose was incorrect, since it was based on a single x-ray photo that may have had defects on it that looked like the disease, but I guess that it's at least probable that this air purifier really made me much healthier
@@riskzoner 2S made by Xiaomi. Though if you live in a region where it or its replacement HEPA filters are too hard or too expensive to obtain, this may not be the best option
Seriously it is! I just bought one for my stepson’s room because of the funk coming outta that nasty room and less than 24 hours it has improved dramatically. I can no longer smell it through the door 😂. I think I’m going to buy a bigger one for our living room & kitchen area.

It is not just popular with random strangers on tiktok. It is also proclaimed to be among the best by several reviewers with solid teating methodology. There are also significantly bigger versions of it if needed. But after seeing that litter box thing i think i know what to buy for my brother's birthday 😂
I have one from this company that advertises as a pet-parent must. It has a hepa filter. I have had rats for over a year and for those who own small animals you know they get stinky. My purifier helps SO MUCH with the stink. The dust/dander it picks up is actually nasty but its nice knowing my pets are healthier bc of it.
@@mursie100how frequently do you have to change the filter? im thinking about buying it for this purpose cause i have little ventilation and the litter box smells no matter what
Hello sir, im planning to buy the qubo q200 air purifier, but the filter has a silver nano particle coating, is it harmful for long term health? And i dont knownif it has ionizer or not, please help me out
Yeah, I've just had some before bc of allergies but in my experience they haven't helped @@HipyoTech but I'm sure it's different depending on the one you buy/what you are using it for
i had this air purifyer on my counter top and after a few weeks the filter was caked in brown dust. i also noticed the odor from my reptiles went away, and I had less dust in my computer using it
What? Idk if you've ever lived anywhere with air pollution or wildfire season but the concept of air purifiers are FAR from scams. - You can do a similar thing with a HEPA filter and a box fan, but fancy ones like this are more approachable
It's literally just a fan with a filter, do you think air filters are scams? It might not magically solve medical issues, but, it absolutely filters things out of the air...
You need more than that to change anyone's mind. If you mean filter replacements? Maybe. But if you find something and buy it knowing that the filter lasts X long and cost Y to replace and it does, then that's on you. There's no free lunch and the filters are proprietary. I'm thinking of making my own based on the Corsi-Rosenthal box (aka Comparetto Cube). They tend to be very large, but very effective. The filters are industry standard sizes but use the MERV rating and not HEPA. The filters still aren't cheap, but at least you get choices. Get a MERV rating of 13 or 14 and you have something the same as HEPA.
levoit way overated, their filter is not even HEPA, they just rebrand their generic made in china air purifier as their own..please stick to reviewing keyboards which you are good at not air purifers

That's the related vid (on the Moss Air - which was a scam)
Too small to make a significant difference in air quality.
Really depends on the size of the room also the litter room seems pretty small
