Relative Importance Index (RII) using Likert's Scale

In any project, it is important to know the significant factor involved in the quality of performance. Number of people are surveyed for their opinion (attribute) on the subject factor and based on the data collected, Relative Importance Index obtained. The factor that has the highest RII is the most significant factor t be considered in the project.
Likert's Scale is used to explain the process of finding the utmost significant factor in any scenario.
