    (64 * 5) + (61 * 4) + (13 * 3) + (6 * 2) + (16 * 1) = 320 + 244 + 39 + 12 + 16 = 631
    Mean = 631 / 160
    Mean = 3.944
    It is good to explain every step especially because of people that does not want to over-rely on the software

      @@Dr.Okolie lets say i am measuring the challenges and barriers that students face at schools with less infrastrcture. each question has fewer options not likely likert. but subjective.... how do we analize such questionnaires? ex what is the challenge you face moving in the corridors and the options are less lighting, space issues, flooring etc. (hope i made my point clear to you)

    Thank you Dr Ugochukwu for the insightful video. Kindly advise, is there a way to efficiently transfer statistical information such as frequencies, percentages, mean, and standard deviation into a single table in Microsoft Word (Like the one you have used in this video). Is there a method or tool that can help streamline this process and allow you to input all this data into a table format at once?

    • @Dr.Okolie
      @Dr.Okolie 10 месяцев назад

      Thank you for watching the video, and finding it helpful. There is no easy way to do that for now. You have to input the results manually in a table when writing out the results in Microsoft Word just like I did in the video.

    Thank you Dr. for the reply. It is you understand my concern. Yes this is good for descriptive analysis what you displayed. My concern is I have Likert scale data collected from the sample. I want to infer the population using this data with a significance test. That is why I asked you. If you have any reference in regard to this or any support, please do Dr. . Thank you for everything.

    I have learned a lot from this. Appreciations, Dr. Okolie; how about when one wants to use the results from the Likert Scale Scale to run a regression on STATA and even, to an extent, test the hypothesis?

    Thank you very much, Sir. This video has clarified areas of confusion, and I am grateful. More Grace to keep up the good work. My question is can Likert scale data be used as qualitative data?

    • @Dr.Okolie
      @Dr.Okolie 10 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks for watching the video. Likert scale questionnaire is structured and cannot allow respondents the opportunity to express themselves beyond the structured questionnaire. Therefore, it cannot be used for qualitative research. Qualitative research makes use of semi-structured questionnaire where the respondents have the freedom to express themselves. Hope this helps.

    Hello Doc. Can I use this analysis and interpretation if my research questions are the following:
    1. Context Evaluation: To what extent has the K-3 FELT Project been effective in achieving its aims, problems, missions, goals, and objectives?
    2. Input Evaluation: To what extent are the input variables effective in the implementation of K-3 FELT in terms of material resources and non-material resources?
    3. Process Evaluation: To what extent have the strategies and activities in the implementation of K-3 FELT been effective?
    4. Product Evaluation: To what extent have the K to 3 outcomes improved the literacy and numeracy of learners?
    I am writing a thesis proposal about Evaluating the Implementation of the Key Stage 1 Foundation for Effective Learning Transition (K-3) FELT Project Using the CIPP Model.. Please do help me find the best statistical tool. I am also using a Likert scale with a survey questionnaire...
