FF-041 Ghomeshi
He was not guilty and their fabrication of evidence and perjury is disgusting.
They need to be charged with perjury.
It’s interesting how they want “equality” but they seem to want “special treatment”.
They want "equality", apart from in education, the workplace, positions of power and the arts (where they expect positive discrimination), sports (where they expect total gender segregation (apart from when they don't want it)), the whole legal system where they expect lesser sentences for the same crime or preferably when a woman does it, it's not considered a crime), divorce courts, family courts, military service etc etc.
It's hard to know where, exactly they DO want "equality".
They shouldn't be charged with purgery. They should be charged with the same crime with the same punishment.
@@GeoFry3 Both!
The final goal is gulty even proven innocent .
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned “
That was the thing proven by this trial proceeding. And that all of the women involved were willing to tell any imaginable lie to avenge their discomfort over their own behaviour.
I've personally been told by a female coworker - whom imagines herself a champion of equality - say, "You can't be sexist against men, and you can't be racist against white men." In my female-dominated work-place, days rarely go by when I don't hear female coworkers blaming men as a whole for their personal problems.
I've also been framed and fired for harassment, in just the way described by this video. Except I hadn't even slept with the women. No, I committed the far more offensive crime of not responding to their advances, while sleeping with women they deemed beneath them.
Though to be fair, whenever the all-female management tried to force responsibility on me for their ceaseless incompetence, I politely proved I was not to blame. That was not very empowering of me.

Again, Brilliant commentary. Thank You.
Takes the “She is always right” to another level
Another excellent analysis from the brilliant Janice Fiamengo. Thank you for these outstanding videos!
Cluster-Bs gonna Cluster-B.
Assumed guilty until proven innocent is the goal.
Presumed guilty and not allowed to prove innocence is the goal.
Innocent until proven guilty means the accuser should be treated as a liar until proven true.
Say what !? Accuser is not anything, other than an accuser, until evidence has been weighed and verdict reached.
@@bd7913 Yeah so skepticism should be the defining fact, one should assume innocence of the accused so should assume the charges are false aka a lie.
No it doesn't. It means ones should suspend judgment, and not assume either that the accused is guilty or that the accuser is lying.
@@brettschmidt5929 Then the news shouldn't report anything until after the trial, because people lose jobs, families, scholarships etc. Accusers should be legally gagged from telling anyone anything until they win the case.
Women scorned.
IMHO the kind of women he got involved with and their uh.. activities.. would indicate that they are almost certainly the kind of women who take great offense to being abandoned/ignored or rejected ie. certainly personality disorders that are also known to be aggressive liars and other assorted bad behaviours.
It's Ok because Sharia law is coming to Canada and it will balance out.
Thank you for this presentation. I well remember my dismay regarding this case and the fabrications of the ‘victims’. I recall thinking Mr Gomeshi was most fortunate in having a skilled and knowledgeable lawyer. Despite the favourable verdict, I can only assume his life and future prospects were quite ruined. I do not know to what extent he was able to get back on his feet as it were. At this point, I hold little hope of the tide turning in the legal spheres having witnessed the judicial system regarding recent Charter challenges in Canada over Covid abuses. The grasp of the tentacles of feminism is far and wide.
Imagine being disappointed upon finding out that something bad didn't happen, surely that's the best possible outcome.
But something bad did happen. False accusations.
Yes, Janice. We are Feminists and we'll decide which stereotypes are approved and appropriate and WHEN they apply... and WHEN they do not!
The proof I'm a victim is my testimony, and if my testimony doesnt make sense or demonstrates in not a victim, that's conclusive proof of my trauma and therefore my nonsensical testimony is proof that its true.
How do feminists explain women who after truly being assaulted, immediately file criminal complaints with the police and testify truthfully, verified by physical evidence in accordance with vetted and established criminal jurisprudence? If women truly have the proclivity to lie about the assault, early adult training must be undertaken with young women to counter these proclivities for their benefit so that if they are assaulted, they take proper steps to counter them and tell the truth immediately. This is a valuable use of feminist energies that will maintain women’s credibility in these cases, and protect the credibility of women who are true victims of assault.
You're thinking like a man. Feminism is hatred motivated by envy. Truth, integrity, law and Justice are irrelevant. Think "Believe all women," "Me Too," HeForShe."
@@StudioBruleSorry! I guess I just lost my head! Overcome by logic, and a sense of fair play and justice. I’ll work on that and I try to better in this post “innocent until proven guilty” universe.
Very good video. I wondered if you were making so much sense because you *don't* have a legal background (12:41). But there are probably legal experts that decry what has happened in the last say 15 years (e.g., presumably Bruce Pardy from Queens University). It's hard to see exactly how these changes happened in so many areas including the law (and hard to contemplate them after they happened) but at least there is some evidence that the pendulum might be swinging back the other way now. Maybe the judge was working overtime in his cryptic comments to ensure justice was done. Maybe he was saying "Sure, our new woke standards mean Ghomeshi is guilty, but I can't ignore such flagrant mockery of the legal system and its thousand-year-old principles by the complainants (sorry, victims)".
Spiritual successors of Jezebel and Potiphar's wife.
"We know he's guikty"
"Why?"
"He's male"
Law against conspiracy collusion and gang-belonging could apply on those who lied and coordinated their lying. Please advise.
❤
pretzel logic is alive and well
Cluster-Bs gonna Cluster-B.
3:03 Lying about sexual assault is purgery and defamation of the worst kind. If women are "taught" to lie then then the responsible party should be prosecuted in criminal court.
I remember his name from when Lucy (Trailer Park Boys) accused him.
#BelieveNobody
Of course if Street true that traumatised victim's behaved like this guy would we know it? If they behave like people who weren't victimised how do we determine they actually were? Do we just say that acting who says they're traumatized was and so their behaviour shows traumatised petite act like that?
Sorry, put the last comment on the wring video.
In my experience judges are not stupid people. This judgement seems so ridiculous, that I am tempted to believe the judge has done this to deliberately force the issue to the appeal courts, for a final ruling on all this stuff. Then everyone will know where they stand. Or maybe I'm just being over charitable.
Is he getting his job back?
Lawyer reverts to white knight while fighting upwards.
Ghomeshi might be a scummy dude with low moral value, but he didn’t rape these women. That’s according to a criminal trial that we assume was carried out as intended within the legal standards of our democracy. Ghomeshi was found not guilty, but his life has still been flushed down the crapper. He lost his job,his reputation and even his future ability to work and earn a living. No consequences for his accusers and no legal remedy for what he’s lost.
We may have cultural issues but to rewrite social laws with systemic reactionary verbage is going back on what was actually a good and useful human achievement: the modernity/enlightenment project.
Certainly some issues, culturally and socially. Mostly because humans still have never been "modern"
Canada has only gotten worse since 2016.

Janice, none of this is true. You simply need to believe all women even harder!
