    A woman is simultaneously a victim and empowered, until something happens to her and she chooses which state benefits her the most.

    Great Post. I’m old enough to remember feminists screeching about men’s “infantilisation of women”. Seems they’re happy to do that for us men these days.

      Well they both infantilize themselves and also want you to take them more seriously than anyone else, they want the accountability of an infant but the power and influence of an adult. They have to be both a victim and a threat, aggressor and the aggressed upon. They are in essence a non entity trying and wanting to be all and nothing be given all be and be treated like they have nothing and deserve sympathy. They want the reality of power and entitlement in their lives but to live in the fiction of exclusive victimhood and of being the righteous oppressed in their minds. They must have all power but most critically they must always be right and have all moral authority and victimhood achieves that if only superficially.

    Most feminist ideas are self-defeating, when you scrutinize. The notion that women were historically oppressed, for example: men built, protected, and maintained civilization, while simultaneously oppressing women the entire time. If that were true, men would be much, much, much busier than women, yet women were somehow incapable of using that free time to fight back. And if the sexes are equal, how would men oppress them at all? Even if the answer were as simple as physical violence, men have to sleep some time.
    That said, my personal experience in female-dominated workplaces, reveals trends:
    compulsive avoidance of all accountability, while constantly demanding changes in procedures;
    amounts of calling-out and being late - that aren't tolerated in male-dominated workplaces - being seen as normal;
    relentless and vicious gossip and social attacks, prompted by imagined slights - often merely incautious wording with no malicious intent;
    far more time spent fabricating evidence to cover-up incompetence and laziness - and collaborative lying to blame others for their own behavior, which fuels the above problem - than it would take to just do the work;
    most of the mothers being single;
    many being 'serial monogamists' who love talking about how their most recent conquest wronged them;
    a massive percentage density of 'lesbians', who flirt with male staff and clients - and often a genuine one who finds the others intolerable;
    endless complaints of men causing all the world's problems.
    Cluster-B personality disorder has been the norm.
    On the other hand, in the male-dominated workplaces, the trend leans far more toward competence of female staff. Though it very often happens that there are attractive women whom many of the male coworkers are constantly 'supporting'. I also noticed, living in Alaska, that many of the women are far less Cluster-B orientated; I suspect this is due to the environment constantly demanding rational thought and action, least one randomly and quickly die. They tend to hate 'girly girls'.

    • @big_red_machine3547
      @big_red_machine3547 Месяц назад

      All of that is true. Women cause more problems in the workplace than they’re worth. Their “contribution” of diversity costs far more than any benefit to any type of business- aside from perhaps the oldest of all female dominated occupations

    • @ComeAlongKay
      @ComeAlongKay 11 дней назад

      Yeah the constantly supporting thing also is men are cursed with a stronger sex drive that creates a thing called sex brain and reduces rational thought during some periods. Women can probably get the same thing in heat men just have that all the time. It’s another burden men have that women don’t.
      People get that hormonal and other shifts due to drugs or alcohol effects you but don’t get that if you are born with a higher sex drive it’s almost an internal milder version of being intoxicated or altered mentally if it goes up to high. It’s sort of a curse and a blessing I guess as I think sex drive is linked to overall drive and probably also gifts men with I think greater creative passion and drive and even often humor but it can also destroy them if it goes into overdrive as it’s more likely to do in men while women more often have a total drop in drive and hence why they can more easily reject men and sex but not reject any other temptation any easier than men like food or social media and are often worse in some impulse areas like shopping.

    I was a juror on a SA case 16 years ago. Two young men and two young went to a house party and proceeded to get blasted. There was activity that definitely caused regrets afterwards, which the (female) judge went to lengths to explain was not sufficient grounds for a conviction. The complainants were clearly not interested in going to trial, and the crown did not seem all that motivated either, but there was some sort of social worker there that clearly wanted a prosecution. All of us in the jury agreed that this was not SA. My opinion was this was at best an expensive lesson to the four people involved not to put themselves in such a position in the future.

    I think a big problem with current legal principles in regards to this issue is, that guilt is often assigned prior to conviction. "Presumption of innocence" is integral to a fair trial. Men who are accused of rape, shouldn't be punished until a crime has been proven. Just my opinion

    In the late 90s there was an American television show called Ally McBeal, about lawyers in a Boston law firm (not a Bostonian accent among them). I tried to find the episode number, but I only found the clip. In it Richard Fish, partner at the firm is defending his female client in a SH case. Fish, who is legitimately misogynist by even the most casual standards, stand up to make the following remarks in his female client's defense:
    "My cause of action is premised on the notion that women are victims, your honor, they need special help. When you look at the evolution of SH laws, what we are really saying is that women should qualify under the federal disabilities act. They are less able. They cannot cope with romance in the workplace. They cannot contend with having to do a job, and have a man smile at them. It's too much. Look where we are, your honor, it used to be quid pro quo. Then it became hostile environment. Now it's Seinfeld episodes. Women can't take it, they bruise. They laws of this land are here to protect the weakest and most vulnerable members of our society. She's a woman. Protect her."
    While this got me chucking, I'm afraid nearly 30 years later, and following this video, I'm seeing it much differently. Apparently this is the standard by which courts will adjudicate on women's behalf. Jokes aside, the verdict is sickening. I can see why guys are walking away from relationships.

    Bro has "Women-are-wonderful" effect. This is a documented psychological phenomenon. It refers to the tendency for people to attribute more positive characteristics to women compared to men. This bias was first identified in a study by Alice Eagly and Antonio Mladinic in 1994, where participants rated women more favourably than men on a range of traits. This effect suggests that people generally hold more positive attitudes toward women, seeing them as more kind, nurturing, and trustworthy. However, it's worth noting that this effect can coexist with other forms of gender bias and stereotypes, and does not negate the existence of sexism or discrimination against women

    In my experience judges are not stupid people. Is it possible that the judge has produced this nonsense verdict to force the matter to the appeals court to get a binding verdict on these questions. Or am I just being to charitable?

    Why are you posting this from 8 years ago without indicating that it is old? The conviction was overturned and the charges dropped. The accuser blamed the feminist trial judge for issuing an opinion that was so outlandish that it was vulnerable on appeal.

      Didn't you know that ? Remember #Believeallwomen ? That's right, Biden and Obama siad it. Believe all women all the time with any story they tell. Of course when Tara Reede accused Biden of rape, he quickly called her a liar and sent his goons to harass her to the point where she felt unsafe and decided to go to Russia and ask for asylum there.

      @@neilreynolds3858 That's not new. This has been going on for many years already. Most of the Western world changed their "rape" laws to make it possible for "victims" to accuse someone of rape even after 50 years after the "rape" incident. Remember what happened to judge Kavanaugh a few years ago. His LYING FALSE RAPE ACCUSER alleged the "rape" took place some time in mid 80s ! Luckily, she was found to be a LIAR, just like 90% of all "rape victims".

      Reverse Lysistrata sounds better and better: A total lack of relations, as Bill Clinton called it, until you have an enforceable contract covering all contingencies: In other words, marriage. This is why we used to believe in marriage laws. There were rules of conduct that protected both parties.

    Janice: The following is a logical argument, not an emotional one. So if you do see my comment, please read it thru to the end before wishing me de*th by a thousand hangnails, okay? 😆😆😆
    I don't see "R" as a possibility in marriage and having it called such was indeed also a Feminist addition to the law. How can you "steal" (using YT friendly language here) from the other party, what was already willingly contracted to you by said party? And I know you (Janice) understand that marriage is a contract and what that contract really is.
    Thus, I would propose to you, with great respect intended, that you can't have it both ways in your thinking, meaning that you cannot acknowledge what the marriage contract is in one video and then in another state that "every reasonable person" would call someone taking what was contracted to them "stealing" (the "R" word in this case).
    But what we can object to, which "every reasonable person" who is logically consistent can agree with, is the method by which they "procured" what was contracted to them. I.e., the use of physical violence to do so, which is straight up "Assault"! If you have a contractual dispute, which is what it is since marriage is a legal contract, then no, you do not have the right to physically assault someone! Rather, you take them to court. Of course in this case a judge would not be able to enforce that function of the contract and so, the option, if the man chooses to proceed to court, would be to enter into Divorce Court. And of course, if he physically assaulted her instead, then he should no doubt be arrested for "Assault"!
    Anyway, the above is a logically consistent way of looking at it, which thanks to Feminism, the law today no longer does, which your video also demonstrated quite well and thank you! I enjoy your videos quite a bit! 🙂
