    Ingredients
    (210mm x 110mm loaf pan)
    (A) Pumpkin puree:-
    1. 70g Pumpkin (no peel)
    2. 1 tbsp Water
    (B) Yeast mixture:-
    1. 110ml Warm milk
    2. 5g ( 1 tsp ) Caster sugar
    3. 5g ( 1 1/2 tsp ) Instant dried yeast
    (C)
    1. 220g ( 1 1/2 cup ) Bread flour
    2. 15g ( 1 tbsp ) Caster sugar
    3. 1/2 tsp Salt
    4. 20g ( 1 1/2 tbsp ) Soften butter
    5. 20g ( 2 1/2 tbsps ) Chopped walnut
    Bake in preheated 165°C ~ 185°C oven for 20 ~ 25 minutes.
    Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.

    I baked this loaf today - I bake bread often but this is definitely the softest loaf I’ve ever baked ☺️
    I love it with some cheese, and I bet it will be great toasted and with butter.

    This looks so good! I have a lot of frozen homemade pumpkin puree left over and will be making this next time instead of my standard pumpkin loaf!

    Made this today I did adjust the recipe a bit. I put currants in instead of nuts and also added a pinch of ground cloves and cinnamon. My wife said it's the best thing i've ever made not sure id agree with that statement but it was proper lovely anyways. Going to be making some more loafs in the morning for sure thanks for sharing

      Bolo de noz de abóbora super macia assada em casa
      Ingredientes
      (Panela de pão 210mm x 110mm)
      (A) purê de abóbora: -
      1. 70g de abóbora (sem casca)
      2. 1 colher de sopa de água
      (B) mistura de levedura: -
      1. leite morno 110ml
      2. 5g (1 colher de chá) de açúcar refinado
      3. 5g (1 1/2 colher de chá) Fermento seco instantâneo
      (C)
      1. 220g (1 1/2 xícara) de farinha de pão
      2. 15g (1 colher de sopa) de açúcar refinado
      3. 1/2 colher de chá de sal
      4. 20g (1 1/2 colher de sopa) Suavizar manteiga
      5. 20g (2 1/2 tbsps) Noz picada
      Asse em forno pré-aquecido 165 ° C ~ 185 ° C por 20 ~ 25 minutos.
      O tempo e a temperatura do cozimento podem variar dependendo do tipo e da precisão do forno. Você pode precisar ajustar a temperatura do seu forno de acordo.

    Dear Kimiya, why is the skin of my bread is hard and chewy? Thank goodness inside is ok. Or it is suppose to be like that?

      Sometimes it's the oven. Maybe to check with your manual? For example like mine, pensonic, temperature is 180 deg celcius and to use the middle rack with upper and lower heating. It helps to brush the top bread with egg wash before baking. And to brush it with melted butter immediately once bread is baked. The butter helps to soften the top skin
