  • Here is part 2 of this video recipe. Sorry again for the interruption. :/
    In this video I show the end result of my cinnamon swirl bread machine loaf. I just bought my Regal bread machine a few days before this upload so I'm still getting to know how to use it. ( Just before my camera shut off, I realized that I unplugged the machine without pressing the off button first which caused it to default back to the "dough" cycle.) RTFM.....
    I hope you give this recipe a try. If you do, let me know how you liked it! :)

    this recipe turned out great!! the buttermilk and pastry flour really make a difference. I tried first without and next with. Soo light and fluffy! ps make sure your butter is unsalted or else it'll be a bit too salty (although still yummy) :) I also doubled the recipe and kept half of the dough in the freezer after first rise & the roll with cinnamon sugar. So when im ready ill take out of freezer, thaw and let proof one more time in pan and then bake. I used coconut sugar as i am refined white sugar free. Oh ya i bake in my oven at 350F for 25-30 mins im low elevation

      Glad you enjoyed my recipe, and great idea to keep one in the freezer for future baking. 🙂 P.S. This video is part 2, part 1 has the complete recipe listed in the description box and "unsalted" butter is what I used.

      I do prefer it with raisins but this loaf was made for my husband and he detests them. :D All you'd need to do is add them to your cinnamon/sugar mixture before spreading it on the dough. Hope this helps. :)

    If you wanted to use a very very ripe banana when should it be added.
    Also should the raisins be added with the cinnamon mixture and should they be soaked?
    Sorry for so many questions but don’t want to mess up. Love your videos . Thank you.

    • @helpfulnatural
      @helpfulnatural  Год назад

      I've never added banana to this recipe but, I'd think it could be added at the beginning when making the dough. Because a ripe banana is quite moist, you may have to add a little bit more flour during the mixing cycle. Keep an eye on it to see if more is needed. The raisins are added with the cinnamon filling. There is no need to soak them first.

    May I know how long does it take for the dough ? And is the last step is to select no.7 and then it will bake? How long does it take for baking? Thanks!

    • @helpfulnatural
      @helpfulnatural  4 года назад

      All of it depends on your bread machine. Every brand/model has different settings & time cycles. The user manual of every machine I've ever owned lists each cycle and how long they are and what each one does.

    My bread machine defaults to 10 min on the “Bake” option. How long should I adjust my time to for 2 lbs?

    • @helpfulnatural
      @helpfulnatural  3 года назад +1

      Your bread maker bakes for only 10 minutes? Mine bakes for 40 minutes for the regular yeast bread cycle. After you've rolled out your dough and filled it, then roll it up to bake, you can place it in a regular bread/loaf pan and bake it in the oven.

    • @spalacios9058
      @spalacios9058 3 года назад

      @@helpfulnatural I guess it’s the default time setting. For some reason I feel that the “Bake” function no matter what you’re making should be the same, right? But yes, if I don’t add time to it, it will bake for 10 min. 🤦🏽‍♂️
