- 2 lb loaf:
1.5 cups water

3 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
4 cups bread flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp bread machine yeast
Place all ingredients in the bread machine. Select cycle, crust and loaf size. Bake for 2 hrs 55 mins
Thank you! I just bought a bread machine and I've been intimidated to use it, but you took the mystery out of it :)
the bread came out good, you explain every detail, on how to make the perfect bread , thank you for sharing.
marella Williams hey, you are welcome. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for your detailed explanation. I’m a blind individual and just purchased a Hamilton Beach. Thanks for listing cycle time of 2:55. It gave me an estimated time. Bread was delicious!! Placed raisins in after the beeps and they didn’t sink. 👍🏻
When did you put the raises in? When did it beep that you put the raises in? I noticed it was not a lot of cinnamon in the picture she shows, was it good? Thank you💕
@@dayzemae9015 I put 2-1/4 tsp of cinnamon instead of 2. I like it cinnamony, but 2 tsp would definitely be enough. The beeps are approx 30 minutes into cycle. Three beeps I think. I’ve made a few times. Very good!! 😊
I love that you're so easy to understand. Thanks for sharing!
WESTFREE2 hey. That's great! You are welcomed and thank you for watching😆

Wednesday 3/29/2022. Thanks for this video. I just bought my machine. And will get it tomorrow so hopefully on Thursday I’ll make my first loaf of bread using a this same style bread maker. Thanks a bunch. A new like and subscriber! 💕 updating; Thursday 3/31/22 I got my machine yesterday and made this recipe today, I followed your exact instructions. It’s so delicious, only thing I did different is, I added raisins (1 cup). Thanks so much for sharing this video and recipe. Ps I didn’t have bread flour so, I used all purpose flour.
Awesome! Thanks for watching.
Perfect framing, easy to follow step by step guide. Thank you, very much appreciated! Ps I'm going to sneak in some honey :)

Maria Mohammed Maharaj thank you. It is pretty easy to work with and you will enjoy using it. I haven't done gluten free breads yet but will look into adding it to the line up. Happy baking😆!

Nice!
thank you 😆
Great job filming!!! 3 notes: (not criticizing 😀) 1. How much yeast and of what type. 2. Note the location of the cycles for those who are new, I received my machine for Christmas past. Still learning!) 3. What is the importance of placing ingredients in the corners? Ps Have you made any jams yet? Thanks for sharing!
Now saw this. Thanks for sharing. I am happy for your suggestions. They help me to improve. Wow, I think I made this vid quite a while but I placed the recipe in the description box. I will try to address your suggestions when I make a next vid. Placing the ingredients in the corners is just a tip I learnt for all the ingrediedients to mix well. Thanks again for watching!
great job
ty😆
Looking great
David Sitterly thank you
I am starting to use my bread machine.
West indies. Nice bread 🍞🍞.
Awesome! thanks for watching.
How many tbsp of yeast?
They try to make this seem so challenging, I have the same machine the thing I do first is add the water or milk first an everything comes out with no problem
You're right. It is an easy process. Sometimes we have to break it down for others. Thanks for sharing.
when did yu add the raisins
Hoping mine will come out good ,I have a cuisnart conversion bread maker & Hopi g wishing & praying it co.we out good!
Nice! I am sure it will. Thanks for watching and happy baking😊.
May I ask?
Are you using warm water? Because the water should be at least 80-85 degrees F; I say this because I never heard you say warm water 😊❤
Separating the ingredients by placing them in the corners as shown is not necessary. I have made hundreds of loaves of bread in this machine and I add all the ingredients together. The only time you need to separate anything is if you want to use a timer. If you want to set the timer to start at a certain time be sure to isolate the yeast by placing it on top of the last cup of flour you use
John Herbie thank you for your suggestion and for watching.
I mix all my dry ingredents together, except the yeast, and then I sift them and add to the wet ingredents, come's out good, I like the video and most recipes say's to put the ingredents in each corner. I think she did a good job. Nicky
@@CrownofElegance I didn't catch what setting you used, could you tell me, thank's Nicky
Hello tnx for sharing. Can I use baking powder instead yeast please ? I making now pls
I am not sure. I have never tried baking powder only instant yeast.. If you try, let us know if it works.
Hi, can you use normal yeast that you get in Trinidad grocery store or do you have to get bread maker yeast?
Hello. It must say "instant yeast" on it. I usually use Bruggeman instant yeast. You can get that at any grocery in Trinidad. The normal yeast doesn't work as well.
Yes you can
Don’t you usually have to proof yeast first? How does the yeast work?
Works really great. This is an instant yeast.
Do you leave the mixing blade in while the bread is cooking?
Hi. Yes for this machine.
Thanks
You read out 2 table spoon of dry milk but your written note on description wrote for 2 teaspoon of nonfat dry milk. So which is correct ? Thanks
Hey, I updated the recipe in the description box now. It is 2 tbsp. not tsp. Thanks for the correction.
@@CrownofElegance Thanks
I put mine on top of a towel so that it would not wiggle.
Cynanne Olazabal that is a great idea. I will try it. Thanks for watching!
I'm sorry this is a really dumb question, but do I leave the paddle in the whole time it cooks?
Hi. No question is ever dumb😊. Yes, the paddle stays in for the entire process and is removed after the bread is finished. Thanks for watching!
@@CrownofElegance Thank you kindly, ma'am
Can you use normal milk instead of dried milk?
Sure you can. Let us know how it turns out😊. Thanks for watching.
How much yeast?
Can you use regular milk instead of powdered milk? Plz answer quick because I’m making the bread right now!!!!
Hi. Yes you can.
Thank you so much! Your a live saver! Thank you for the heart❤️❤️❤️
@@brunomars1fan957 you are welcome
Crown of Elegance 🙂🙂🙂
@Crown of Elegance my recipe book does not have those recipes on the cinnamon raisin, can you post those for me please
This came out really nice thanks cause my book does not have this recipe and a few others
Hi. Placed the recipe in the description box. thanks for watching.
@@CrownofElegance im only seeing the recipe for the cinnamon bread not the others from that page , that is what I would like you to post or do videos thanks again
@@cherry-annleacock1835 oh okay. Understood. So sorry, I no longer have my bread machine after so many years of great usage. Hopefully, when I get another machine I can restart uploading videos again.
@@CrownofElegance can you please add in the description box the other 2 recipes from that page if possible
Can I use regular flour instead of bread flour?
yes you can.
Was that brown sugar? U didn't say
Shannon Jordan yes that's brown sugar.
bread or all purpose flour ?
Hello. Either one works great.
If you don't have cinnamon can you use spice or something else
Oh yes you can. I switch it up all the time.
Yes you can. I switch it up all the time.
Is it possible to add raisins to this?
yes you can. After the second kneading cycle, the machine beeps 10 times, that is when you add raisins, fruits, nuts and so on.
@@CrownofElegance Perfect. Thank you very much.
it sounds like you have bad weather in the background
GF!! Take a bite, THEN tell us how good it tastes!!
I will remember to do that next time. Thanks for the suggestion and for watching.
You say and show 2 tablespoons of dry milk, but in the written instructions it says '2 teaspoons'!
yikes, was it supposed to be tablespoons? ive been using tsp. 😕
Sorry. I made this video a long time ago. I will check and update in the description box. Thanks for notifying me.
So is the powdered milk tablespoon or teaspoons?
Alright guys. I have updated the recipe in the description box. It should be 2 Tbsp. milk. Thanks for pointing that out.
My bread paddle keeps getting stuck in my bread haha
I hear you on this one lol.
9*
Sooo...you made a video about something anyone who has this bread maker, can just use that same recipe book for? lol
Flossy Turner yes😊. I am sure it was helpful to someone if not you.
Thank you for watching.
I actually am waiting for this to arrive in the mail, and stumbled upon her video in lieu of it's arrival. I appreciated the video! I didn't know it came with a recipe book, as I already bought one as well.
Thank you for the video.
I don’t have that recipe book so I appreciate her sharing. 👍
Nobody asked you to watch troll
Your video gives us extra confidence!!
I recently purchased this exact Bread maker and I have made three loaves of bread and all drastic failures, raw in the center, overly hard crust and a total waste of flour and ingredients (bread flour is expensive) you have had much more luck that I have had.. when I read the description of this product on Amazon it stated two paddles I assumed both paddles worked in the unit at the same time and that was not true, it is a spare paddle can only use one at a time .. so disappointed with this product !!!
Oh wow. Sorry to hear that. It takes practice to get it going well.
I had the same problem! First few loaves were great, then they looked like a pile of marbles. I tried all new ingredients and same thing! Like you said the ingredients are not cheap.
You didn't tell how much yeast to put in
1.5 tsp. bread machine yeast or instant yeast. Thanks for watching!
Canola oil is far from healthy! If you truly want to use healthy oils, then use olive, coconut, flax seed or avocado oils!
Can I use All Purpose flour or self rising? It’s all I have.
