Jay, I think it’s awesome how you remember and respect your Past so much. You recall times with your grandparents and your parents, revisit places you used to live and work at, and show a true Value to your Past and how you were raised. That is very refreshing!

me and my daughter just opened my shark in a bottle (bought as a kid probably in the same era you did, late 80s, early 90s), the fluid had dissipated a bit, so we emptied it, flushed it out, and refilled with rubbing alcohol/purified water mix, but didn't use any blue dye. the shark in the bottles today use too much blue dye and they look a lot smaller.. and yes i was obsessed with jaws as a kid. i'd eat here once a week.

Jaws jumbo burgers used to be in white house TN a few years ago and I used to eat there all the time. I'm glad they relocated and didn't go out of business. Excellent food and people.

"So I approached her table and said, ‘Can I ask you a very personal question - if you think this is a little odd tell me to go away - but do you believe in reincarnation? Because I think I died years ago, and you look like my mother from a previous life. And Lee realized who I was and so she went along with the joke and said, ‘Oh, my God, I had a son that died years ago in the ocean!’ And everyone in the restaurant, including her friend, were just wondering what the hell was going on!”

I bought deep blue sea on DVD when it was at Walmart. dvds were just coming out and I got it from a very small selection they had. It is one of the paper and plastic dvd cases. Good memories
I live in Ocala and still haven’t been to Jaws. Now I really want to go! Big Bob’s in Ocklawaha has great pizza!

Jaws, my favorite movie of all time. My dad owned and operated movie theaters, and drive- ins for 50 years in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Florida. Jaws 1975, and I went to South beach in Martha's Vineyard where the opening scene was filmed.

I’m a short boat ride from Martha’s Vineyard and every summer I’m always tempted to try and track down as many filming locations as possible. They actually just released a $10 jaws lottery ticket here in Massachusetts
16:40 not sure if you know but didn’t mention, many consider the movie Jaws to originate the term “summer blockbuster” as the line to get in wrapped around the block, “busting” the block. Also that Quint death scene scared me so much as a child, I remember feeling paralyzed on the couch. I could not move. Cheers man great video.

Jay we normally don't stop in Ocala except at the Sams Club to get gas and then hit I-75 again to the Turnpike and on down to Disney. Ocala is a rather large town.
