Creamy Egg Pie ala bakery
*for the dough
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold butter
3 tablespoon cold water
*for the egg pie mixture
4 eggs (separate 1 egg white)
400ml fresh milk (or 1 big can evap + 75ml water)
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powder milk

Bakit sobrang tamis po kaya non ginawa ko ng nilagyan ko ng sugar un milkboy po?
Ilang cup ng sugar nilagay nyo? Anchor full cream milk po kasi gamit ko eh, baka po matamis na ang milk boy? If matamis na ang gamit nyong milk powder, iadjust nyo po ang sugar

Anchor po ginamit ko, pero pwede po kayo gumamit ng bear brand, milk boy or any powdered milk 😊

Ask ko lng ilang time npo Ako gawa Ng eggpie ..pero bakit gnun umuurong ung dough Ng eggpie..kapag ung shape n gawa ko s gilid nawawala po..ano po Kaya problema Ng dough..
Kapag ilalatag nyo na po ang dough sa pan, iwasan nyo pong hilahin ang dough para hindi sya umurong.
Sa dough po after kneading freezer 20 minutes... After 20 minutes anu po gagawin? Sa instruction niyo po after 1hr saka iflatten yung dough?
After i chill ang dough, saka nyo po i flatten sa pan na gagamitin, then tusukin ng fork ang dough, then ilagay ang mixture.

Hello po itatanong ko Lang po Bakit po nalusaw yung doug sa gilid? Sobra po kaya ako sa butter,,,sinunod ko nman po lahat kaso nalusaw yung gilid kaya tumapon yung nasa loob niya ☹️☹️
Malamig po ba ginamit nyo na butter? Dapat po cold butter at i chilled muna ung dough pag kalatag sa pan, habang gunagawa ang filling
Pwede ding pong dahilan if masyadong manipis ang dough kaya nalusaw
