I tried this yesterday. The taste is soooo good. I got a little worried about the middle part though, it was very soft than usual. Then, I cooked it for another 10 mins, still the same. 😅 I let it cool and put in the fridge. Voila! Everything's perfect now! Thank you for sharing this recipe. 🥰

Thank you for sharing this recipe. This is one of my favorite snack or dessert. I like to bake this creamy eggpie. The procedure is not hard I only got confused doing the dough. 1 eggyolk is added to the flour mixture but it is not on the list of ingredients for the dough. For the filling 1 large egg separate yolk with the white kaya only 1 eggwhite is needed to whisk and the eggyolk of it is added to the 4 large eggs. Am I correct? I review the video several times to make sure tama ang gagawin kong procedure for a creamy eggpie. God bless.
