- Today on Booze On The Rocks I show you how to make one of those drinks with Kahlua the Baileys & Kahlua Iced Coffee. This iced coffee is perfect for an after dinner treat or a hot day. Its decadent like you would expect with it coffee and whipped cream.

Baileys & Kahlua Iced Coffee
6 oz/180 ml Coffee
1 oz/30 ml Kahlua
2 oz/60 ml Baileys
2 oz/60 ml Heavy Cream
Method
1. Rim glass with Caramel.
2. Add ice to glass.
3. Add all ingredients in order as written.
4. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate.

Oh my freaking god... what an amazing drink! I didn't have any coffee based liquor so I made extra strong coffee and substituted a peanut butter whiskey instead. I also didn't stir it and so had areas of almost white to dark brown in my glass as well as little flavour bombs of cream, coffee and alcohol thanks to all the ice. Thank you so much for uploading- this is such a delicious drink :)

I used to get something similar at Chili's restaurant. The only difference was that it was a hot coffee using all the same ingredients but the Carmel was drizzled into the drink as well as some chocolate drizzled in and then there were chocolate shavings on top of the whip cream.

I love love love coffee drinks! Love everything about this ❤. I think my only change out would be Mr. Black for my coffee liquor. (Personal favorite) instead of Kahlua. So, delicious 😋 !
Unfortunately I cannot get Mr. black :( at this time, I would love to re shoot this with that and see how it turns out .
I am also having a hard time finding Mr. Black. I came across Cantera Negra while looking for Mr. Black. It is a delicious tequila based coffee liqueur.

Delicious!! What a fabulous idea!! I'd use something like Mr. Black, if we have it (not sure Canada has it yet) because Kahlua is too sweet, for me, but this looks sooo good!!! I love lots of strong cold brewed coffee for strength of flavour!! If I am using a coffee liqueur that is less sweet, would I need to add sugar? What a terrific creation, David!! Cheers! NO, I used regular coffee full strength for me at least. You could go with Half the Amount of Espresso. Or the same but it will depend on your personal taste. Play with it an let me know how it turns out.

I believe you made a drink you called a 'Mexican White Russian', wherein you used Mescal tequila instead of Vodka with Kahlua. This drink you made here is essentially a heartier version (using Baily's) of that... so perhaps make a Tequila version? Just a thought. ...just stand up suddenly after having a few of those... lol.

Stemless wine glass. Is thats cuz it will hold every thing. Not bust balls just asking cuz i do all that stuff could use a hurricane glass or frappe glass. For me its not about the drink its the glass 🤗 good work tho
NO worries, A Hurricane glass would be a great idea for sure. It would give it a nice look.

I don't see why not. Just remove the ice and add more coffee.
I personally would have tumbled it to incorporate the heavy whipping cream

I know this is an older video, but I wanted to say just use a straw. Stir and sip. You’re manly enough. We won’t judge if you use a straw. Now for why I really came here. I wanted to tell you to try whip its vodka infused mocha on top. I just mixed an awesome drink with just Baileys, Kaluah, and mocha vodka infused Whip it. So yummy 😋

I used a havel nut, but you can use what ever you like most.
Two things:
1) Is the coffee supposed to be cold?
2) Love to see a man who is himself. Me, I'm female and have always been myself. Yeah, I'm somewhat of a pig with food and beverage and usually end up wearing it. Uh, you guessed it...I don't care one bit!!
Hello, The coffee does not have to be cold, Its your choice for that. I like to enjoy my food and and what ever I drink, on occasion I get over excited :)

How about stirring it before the Whipped cream. The extra ice was unnecessary.
You could definitely do that. True there was a bit to much in there and I did not need more ice, but these things happen.
There's a lot of Kahlua type Liquors out there, and I've found that 'Cafe Lolita' has a more distinct coffee taste. More than even Kahlua.
When it comes to the Irish cream? Nothing beats Baileys. When I'm making the iced version you show here, I use a scoop of vanilla ice cream instead of the whipped cream. Pretty much the same except for it's more creamy.
That's a great tip with the ice cream, I might have to try that!

Too much cream for me. I’d add the coffee cold so it doesn’t melt the ice, chilled glass. I like more coffee than cream so I’d add more coffee as well.
