I love walking into a crowded bar, just doing the car bomb like that, and leaving, there is almost always someone that never believes it can be done that fast or even a bit faster. The reactions are fun.
But those are actually the best kind of shots. In my town there are 2 bars that have around 200 shots from really good to really bad. And its just fun when you get something nasty.
The silence during the process of making the shots is so refreshing, a lot of people do talk about the process as they do it, rather than before or after and imo it distracts from actually watching what's going on.

I've worked in a Bar too, and for us, the B-52 was same as you, Kahlua and Bayleys, but on top a thin layer of high proof rum, we had Old Pascas with about 70%. After serving, you had to get the rum layer lighten up and burn for some seconds, before putting a Drinking straw in it and drink it.

In Sweden at the 80's we drank as we cald it a submarine. It was a pint of regular beer with a shot of Jagermeister dropt in it. It was really popular in the 80's here in Sweden. And when we had a B52 it was Kalua, Baileys and Cointreau. And when served we fired it up, it burns whit a blue flame so it hade to be dark to see it. Then they hade to gently blow it out.

Just discovered your channel. This really takes me back!! In the 1980's I worked at a bar called the Fast & Cool Club. I'd say the most popular shots of 1986 were: B52 Lemon Drop Screaming Orgasm (what you call the Orgasm here) Melon Ball (Chambord & Midori) Vodka Sprite Slammer Sex on the Beach We also favored a drink called the French Connection, which was equal parts Grand Marnier & Courvoisier, served up in a snifter. Not for the feint of heart!
We have a variation of the last one in Finland. We pour 50cl of lager into a glass and then two shot classes. First shot is 4cl of Jägermaister and the second shot is 4cl of Whiskey. Then you place them both on top of the beer glass, so either won't drop into the beer. Then when you get back to your bar table, you pick either shot and drink it straight away. At the same time the second shot drops into the beer glass. Then you drink the beer straight away. Usually I drink whiskey first and let the Jähermaister to drop. We call it the sinker.

Love me a layered Hot shot. Galliano (Vanilla!), use the back of a spoon to pour freshly made hot coffee and finally whipped cream on top. All in equal parts 1/3 Delicious!

In the UK the Cement Mixer is usually done by holding the Bailey's in the mouth and then adding either the lemon or lime juice. The cream in the Bailey's clots. It's called a Blow Job.
B52 is one of my favourite shots. However, I prefer the flaming version. Set it alight, get the straw in and drink (yes, while it's still on fire). Really nice, and expands the flavour.
In Germany, we got a shot called "Spatzenhirn" or "Sparrow´s Brain" . Nasty Viscosity but tasty. 2/3 of Baileys then just add some Cherry Juice. Wait for about 3 Minutes to sit. Enjoy the brain

We used to make a version of the B52 but with a scotch float instead of the almond liquor. Called them Duck Farts. Delicious!
