SURFING THE FIRST AUTUMN SWELL! Cornwall lights up, offshore + WAVES everywhere

- The chart was sick, light offshores, 2 metre swell + 17 second period. I checked Fistral, it was super crowded so I went to Watergate and it was pumping. Waves, sunshine, coffee and a large pasty….epic!
First time I went to St Merryn and past the old sign that said "Seven Bays for Seven Days" - I had one of the best UK holidays I ever had. Wall to wall sunshine, beach parties, pub sing along, woken up by the birds in my tent saying 'Get up - it's another great day!" - I'll never forget it. Harlyn, Mother Ivy, Boobys, Constantine, Treyarnon, Watergate. All amazing places.

fantastic energy man! I hadn't been surfing in over 20 years until this year and totally got the bug again(I live at least 3 miles away from any surf up North). Been Newquay twice in two months, bought a new board, I'm so hooked! Looks like an awesome day you've had there and sun even shining!

Incredible to see so many surfing now there , those were my local spots more than 50 years ago in 69. 70. I was 11 then and having learnt there we went in a camper van to Morocco with my family. Now I live far away but still surfing at 65, gone back up to mid and long boards. Others my age and older I hear still surf there. Hi to Nigel, Graham, Keith from the youngest little bugga you put up with.

Amazing! I bought a 9'2" log and 8' Dharma from Karma Surfboards last year, still haven't surfed them due to an ongoing elbow injury and living in the middle of the country! That surf looked epic! Great vibes, love your vlog 🤙🏻

Nice!- sorry to change the subject but I know you are also very knowledgeable about tennis. I would love your opinion on how long it takes to learn how to change my serve so it’s good enough to start competing. I started practicing everyday about 8 years ago because I wasn’t winning matches and am wondering if that’s normal? My serve is a bit better but not enough for competitions. Still doesn’t have power or accuracy yet. Thank you.
