I have to say though that your vids would be so much better if you put some time and energy into learning about audio levels and editing them. It’s my number one complaint w videos on yt. I met you many years ago surfing a wave in the river Tyne and had a beer in a bar after and we both have similar testimonies how we came to Christ in Australia
So glad to see your still surfing and going on with Jesus and so so happy to hear you’re a shining light as a city on a hill can’t be hidden. I’ve read a couple of negative comments from the blind people full of bitterness but shine brighter John and HE will keep on blessings your life with perfect waves and blessings on your family

So many times I have stood at those cliffs taking in the grandeur and the Majesty and the wind and the sky. Never in my wildest imagination did I think human beings would venture out into that fierce Atlantic. From an old surfer.
Thanks Jon for a Really nice Film! I was there in 2001 Filmimg at Bonduran for a Perfect day. I had been in Portugal filming at Jardin Do Mar Epic Big Wave then Scouted the Forecasts manually for a week before identifying a Perfect day at Bonduran! I filmed Gabe Davies and Richie going off for 8 hours.

This place has so many features in common with a wave we have down here in South Australia that its uncanny. The wave is identical but not as big, and the cliff features are also uncannily similar. Its tripping me out

it's warm now.. 14 degrees (nearly) but April was 9 or 10 or 11degrees.. doesn't get colder than that:)

It's his thing, he's a Christian if I was doing it I'd be looking at it from a pagan point of view, there's room for everyone out there. Abrahamics and others, it's probably easier to have faith when paddling out there than having no faith, they don't fear these waves, hold downs or dodgy duck dives 😂👍

Every time I see the landscape and water moving or still in Ireland i appreciate the pagan's who came before Christianity, they deserve credit too. A beautiful culture often forgotten about but they were our foundation stone. Nothing against Christianity as I love the good message. Love your observation. Keep up the good work John 👍

So frustrating to see nobody doing any nice carves or re entries, or big turns, in fact most just went straight or tried to catch a barrel but unless you are deep and take off behind the peak that doesn't happen either. Word of advice on the video, the footage is great the music is way too loud and repetitive, try turning it down some.
