It's also nice to see this particular doctor had the appropriate training in the administrative field, and I wished he applied his expertise knowledge in a fruitful manner in this issue. However, This is not same issue as at Base hospital/ Akkaraipattu where several past histories of Medical superintendent with medical administration qualification led to lot of adverse affects on 1. Consultants 2. Medical officers 3. Other staffs 4. And lot. What can you say about the Medical Superintendent with Medical Administration Qualification if he is Not politely talking, Aggressive, Adamant, Money minded, With a feeling that I am the brainy, Not respecting others, Creating groups inside the hospital, Joining rough people and acting accordingly, And with many same characters ?. We need Medical Superintendents , not otherwise. So far , you are ok. Keep it up for the better services to people in future, not for Politicians, or your pocket, or the Doctors who are illegal,indecent,money minded,lazy, not enough qualified,not obedient to the rules and regulations.

1. Consultants
2. Medical officers
3. Other staffs
4. And lot.
What can you say about the Medical Superintendent with Medical Administration Qualification if he is
Not politely talking,
Aggressive,
Adamant,
Money minded,
With a feeling that I am the brainy,
Not respecting others,
Creating groups inside the hospital,
Joining rough people and acting accordingly,
And with many same characters ?.
We need Medical Superintendents , not otherwise.
So far , you are ok.
Keep it up for the better services to people in future, not for Politicians, or your pocket, or the Doctors who are illegal,indecent,money minded,lazy, not enough qualified,not obedient to the rules and regulations.
