Then three powders mixture called Trifla 100grams Turmeric 100 grams and Indian gooseberries 100 grams. Mix and grind into a fine powder. Fill an air tight jar. Start taking it ¼ tespoon straight after a meal with very little water. Then increase slowly to ½ tsp in the next week then ¾ tsp in the third week by fourth week you can take 1 teaspoon. Sesame oil does work. Only 1 month ago i told some1 in RUclips whose sugar level suddenly became uncontrollable, to try sesame oil and monitor sugar level. I have never known any medical person saying this. I even asked a Diabetologist but no reply. Type 1 people cant take sesame seeds or oil.
