    My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. But thank God for this piece of article ruclips.net/user/postUgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i At first he thought he had the flu and was lying down on the bed for three days until his sister took him to the hospital. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.

    Ive learnt a lot today. Its very informative information. Interesting to know all kitchen foods helps in this condition.
    Ginger and THA POWDER 8s also very effective.
    Ginger 1hr before food and the powder after food twice a day.

    I love this topic. I thought before if you have high sugar you have to go diet to lose weight.so i do not eat . I even felt more sick and dizzy doing this skipping meals.

    Your video is Excellent.
    I add Barley cooked and eaten instead of wheat or rice because its contents is COMPLEX carbohydrate which is absorbed only very slowly ande blood glucose is not elevated.
    It is a great success for me for past ten years.

    I agree with Sesame oil. Does reduce sugar level immediately. But i cant say about long run. Because i myself came to know about 2 months ago (accidentally i just tried and got very happy☺)

      Do you use sesame oil in cooking ? or just eat raw? how many teaspoons you eat daily

      @@mrsnewtonton We can use it for cooking but it does give a slight very slight bitter taste. But the oil does taste good also.
      I uses it raw on the food. People do use it raw. For me it worked. Sugar level did come down immediately but no scientific basis for my claim.
      You can try it & see. I took 2 teaspoons.

    How about chia seeds? Is it good for type 2 diabites ?

      Ginger is the friendly food for that. Just consuming 1 teaspoon 1 hour before meals , it works wonders.
      Then three powders mixture called Trifla 100grams
      Turmeric 100 grams and Indian gooseberries 100 grams. Mix and grind into a fine powder. Fill an air tight jar. Start taking it ¼ tespoon straight after a meal with very little water. Then increase slowly to ½ tsp in the next week then ¾ tsp in the third week by fourth week you can take 1 teaspoon. And continue this until you feel better. It's got amazing results. I've seen people who've got results bless this regime. Good luck.🙏👍🙌🙌🙌🙌

      Lots of people have egg white allergy if you don't eat the yolk you lose out on a lot of good nutrition in life not such good advice

    Thank you for the information. Am going to incorporate this in my daily food.
    Another white food which I love to eat is white radish. The Chinese, Japanese and Koreans add this veg to their daily cooking and soups. Indians believe this veg is good for diabetics

      Sesame oil does work. Only 1 month ago i told some1 in RUclips whose sugar level suddenly became uncontrollable, to try sesame oil and monitor sugar level. I have never known any medical person saying this. I even asked a Diabetologist but no reply.
      Type 1 people cant take sesame seeds or oil.

      I'm not a medical person. You please decide for yourself or ask your Doctor.

      Check Amrut Pushpa Dwarka it's a body detox effect.
      You'll find it on Facebook and RUclips too.
      I don't know which language you prefer so you can check it yourself. Hope it's use full.
      I suggested a lady in Mumbai and she was on insulin . She got her diabetes normal in five days. Please watch it's worth a try. It's a concoction of few herbs .

    Carbs rises your insulin, fat does not. Just avoid processed carbs.

      Carbs convert to sugar,the fuel to the body, there are two kinds, HIGH GI and LOW GI, eat the LOW GI,they convert slower. Only blithering idiots say cut carbs. Protein is tissue repair, NOT fuel.

      Get your facts right, carbs rise your sugar levels, insulin is released to control sugar levels in the blood, listen to the video's
      Of course fats do nothing to insulin, fats, saturated and unsaturated are the hardest foods to convert into glucose

    oleic acid is a monounsaturated fat and coconut oil is 90% saturated fat. lauric acid is an mct and coconut oil has an mct content of 54% meaning it will still raise your ldl. you can also find these fats in healthy fats like nuts, seeds and avocados

      But saturated fats have been found to cause NO problems with the heart, they do help to lower blood sugar levels, especially coconut oils. Its sugar thats blocks your arteries!!!!

    Am Type 1 Diabetic upon eating coconut pieces 2 or 3 it gives horrible chest pain. I may get cardiac arrest upon intake of coconut oil.😁😁

      People with autoimmune issues like type 1 or rheumatism Crohn's ulcerstive colitis etc should take only ghee butter olive oil and coconut oil.
      Never consume any other nut or seed oil.
