If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

Hi, great vid. can u help me pls? i bought today this exact stretch band and when i do curls or chest press, my hands kill from the band. it gets so tight. is there a way to hold them to not burn my hand? should i wear gloves? thanks.. oh and btw, i feel like these things will tear if i pull really hard. is this possible, or are they unrippable for sure? thanks
I do sit-up with these bands and also running in place...take a band around a pole, banister, and stand away from the band and run in place away from the band...I do allot of exercise's with the band around the Poles...it gives you many idea's...Work it off...I've got 10 lbs. to work off....
