I lloveeeeeee these resistance bands! Great workout! I usually just use them for lower body movements and glute activation but I love that you encorporated them into abs and upper body exercises too! I will be adding these into my workouts for sure!! Thank you!!

This is great! Thanks for providing an accessible workout ! Some constructive criticism - slow down. I’m a regular exerciser but had to pause the video to get through the reps effectively. I could have done them at your speed, but that wouldn’t provide the same level of difficulty you get from pulling through the resististe slowly, especially on the second half of the rep. Like my PT always says - muscle growth happens during the return phase of the exercise. Thanks again! I really enjoyed it.
Hi Lady, you're explaining nicely. However, I get the feeling that it could be equally efficient if you just show each exercice by the clear gestures, movements and the placing of the elastic. I hope that you'll appreciate my suggestion.

Can anyone advise me what she means by “2 to 3 times in total of 3 to 4 times round”? Im not sure what she means cos im a beginner. Issit i need to repeat the whole set? But how many times she means? 2 to 3 or 3 to 4? Thanks experts
Erfhina Zhang I think she means repeat the set 2 more times - so if you lifted each leg 10 times then lift each leg again 10 times pause do it again etc... I hope I’m making sense
You're supposed to repeat every exercise she showed in the order she showed 3 or 4 times total, depending on if you can make it another time through it. Notice how she doesn't just do all the leg ones and then do all the arm ones at once? You trade off areas to give your muscles a break while you work on somewhere else, it would just exhaust your muscles to do it all at once, and any benefit would be lost...
I'm also a dude and love these exercises. All the men's ones are too macho with guys with wrestler bodies. That's all well and good for them but I don't want to be a gym rat. I just want to get into better shape. And those are the exact bands I ordered.

jackie reinstedler - plank is the most basic core exercise there is, but if you need to modify, do it with knees down.
I haven't worked out in years, but I was able to do this 2.5 times before I was too exhausted to continue. I feel that burn though lol

Loved this work out so much... And yes, it seems all easy until you on round three and your muscles are starting to scream... ha ha!
I would love a resistanceband routine for in the pool. The first few would be good but the last ones would not be possible in a pool.
