  • Welcome to the Conscious Living Channel. These affirmations work with the theme of releasing pressure and at the same time, feeling truly worthy.
    We live in a society where we are exposed to pressures from a very young age, whether from our own parents, our group of friends, the schools we go to or somewhere else we feel lingering in the air.
    These pressures start accumulating and building stress in our system and through this, we may develop a sense of unworthiness.
    These Affirmations are all about knowing that we are always worthy, that we are born worthy and that we can release the pressures we are feeling with love.
    We are all about raising consciousness through sharing and spreading love from within.

    Facts about Pressure.
    Accumulating pressures cause us to stress. In turn, an accumulation of stress causes an imbalance in our nervous system. This makes us spend too much time in our sympathetic nervous system, which is our fight-flight-freeze mode.
    When this happens, we are unable to cope with any new stresses that life might bring, and we fall into this negative cycle.
    The way to break this cycle is to acknowledge what creates pressure and change our relationship to the stressor. Over time and through mindfulness practices, we then develop the tools and skills to acknowledge when pressure comes in and release it with ease and compassion.
