    Very enlightening, Thankyou 😊
I was born feet first with my left leg being ripped out of the socket.. even though doctors believed I'd never walk, I did, took up dancing, aerobics, loved running and lived pain free and was even able to do splits both ways... It wasn't until (early 20s) I experienced trauma, abuse, betrayal and all aspects of fear, stuck in a controlling relationship with a cruel man that my body froze up for two decades... I've spent the past decade doing inner-work, meditation, mindfulness, etc healing the invisible.. I'm now on a list for hip replacement which I do not want as I still have 'good days without pain'... Having done the inner-work it fully makes sense to incorporate body movement with releasing and letting go.. got down on floor mid way listening to this video and concentrated on my sore hip.. opening - holding - talking to with reassurance - and my leg raised higher than it has in 30 years... Tears naturally released and I am now hopeful of prolonging surgery. I'm now dedicated to following your instruction and working on releasing and strengthening muscle..
20years ago I didn't believe one doctor who said he believed it was more emotional based due to trauma.. Now I understand.. even though x-rays suggest severe arthritis, I'm going to use mind over matter and go the unconventional route of avoiding invasive surgery as long as possible.. so excited to have found your channel today Mitch 🤍✨🕊️ Bless you 🎉

      Blesssss 🙏
We can change these things. Although the path will not be easy, it is well worth it. You’re an inspiration for choosing this work.
I didn’t believe any of this stuff either until I felt it in my body and it was the most real thing in the world.
There is a whole lot of healing that is possible. Keep going 🙏

Your holistic approach makes so much sense! Thank you for mentioning that inflexibility can be a symptom of other causes.

It seems like logical thinking to me. But humbled and open to changing my mind.
