    I like that you combine strengthening and stretching in this routine. I feel like a lot of other routines don't include the strengthening to avoid having them be perceived as pilates or barre by men. This was really helpful, thank you!

      This IS Barre for Men lol. Thanks amigo. It’s all one thing. Strength, flexibility. If you want the ability to move you’re gonna need it at all angles.

    This is a great round for the hips, thank you so much for sharing!
    I'm trying the cat/cow movement on the frog position and it feels like a nice addition.

    Hi! With the pidgeon pose its hard for me to get my forward leg in the 90 degree angle, and the whole pose is confusing to me. Can you do a special youtube on pidgeon for people who absolutely cannot do it? Thank you! This series has real value to me, because you have some so far. It's really inspiring for those of us at the very beginning.

      Search pigeon on my channel, I have a few for beginners. The main thing is that you don’t need to be at 90 degrees to start. It’s all about elevating and finding a good stretch to begin.
