I was really skeptical of the QiGong but after going down the rabbit hole on youtube found some good beginner things to work on and it does make a big difference. Just a few quick takeaways for me so far is how to move and exist without so much tension. Also, to be able to align and relax allows greater range of motion. Another really fascinating aspect is how to move limbs in a way that doesn't rely on so much push pull of muscle groups. Over time and as you age, I agree with Paul Cavel that how we me move leaves residue of tension and stiction in our muscles. I had a lot of it especially in hips which is slowly going away. How to increase range of motion in a way that our fascia likes and allows is a way I like to think of it. I haven't even gotten into the breathing aspect of meditation yet but just taking my time and circling back to actually take the time to learn properly. Wow it has carried over to the bike too as I'm able to relax and move much better. Riding generates a lot of tension and residue but you gotta live lol.
I'm so glad more and more youtubers are exploring Qigong and other similar practices. There is nothing we do that is so basic it does not need continual improvement, become not satisfied and keep massaging the mind and presence into the body into everything we do.

Haha thanks for the comment. I can attest to all of this integrating in my body as well. Beautiful work!

Very nice. I like how you guided me through this . I send you love.
been developing for 25 years, it’s one of the greatest gifts to mankind ❤
Beautiful. I agree 🔥💧
Thanks for this practice. Is it OK to lose posture while relaxing? It seems impossible to keep a straight line, especially in my upper body.
You will lose it, but then try to regain it. With more practice you will be able to do both at once.
Thanks, I'll keep trying:)
