  • Hip Impingement issues and pain? www.foundationtraining.com/
Foundation Training offers numerous videos to help relieve chronic pain and improve mobility. These simple movements can decompress joints, restore range of motion, and strengthen the posterior chain.
By retraining proper movement patterns, Foundation Training exercises enhance stability and ease pressure on problem joints, alleviating associated aches and pains. The focus is on exercises that open the hips, align the spine, and activate muscles that support the torso.
Small but repeated motions make a difference over time. Follow along with Foundation Training's videos to address issues like back pain, hip impingement, knee problems, and more. Just 10 minutes per day can help reduce joint irritation, regain mobility, and get you moving pain-free again.
Focused repetitions retrain your body’s fundamental movement patterns to better center the hip joint, allowing more confidence in motion.
Your hips feel more stable and mobile as you activate chains of muscle that support the hips and the torso without irritating your impingement. As you decompress the torso, your hip motion moves towards pain-free again.
Who knew 10 minutes a day of focused hip exercises could make such a difference! Thanks to Dr. Eric Goodman for the helpful tips. Try Foundation Training if you have hip impingement too. Your hips will thank you!

It’s fascinating how the most valuable is often the least visible. Foundation has repaired my back, and I plan to invest in the level one training. Thank you, sir.

God bless you sir. You’ve provided true healing once already (lower back) and now with my hip issue. After a few reps my tight inner thigh and pain is gone. Just like my back, doctors stressed surgery and I refused. Thanks again.

My back made a loud pop when I pushed on my foam roller. It made me a bit nervous but not very sore. Surprisingly, it doesn't hurt as much to sleep on my stomach.

Could this be the reason I have so much right buttock pain and tightness,? I do have moderate degenerative disease of right hip especially with a bone spur on the acetabulum .
I’m Not sure what is causing the constant right buttock pain ?
    Thanks for this video

How heavy is that kettlebell? Looks massive. I actually do something similar with folks using 2 kettlebells that they wrap and squeeze to help them understand anchoring. But i like the foam roller idea unless they got shorter legs.

Does the foam roller need to be that long . Mine is shorter Would that work Instead ?
