It’s fascinating how the most valuable is often the least visible. Foundation has repaired my back, and I plan to invest in the level one training. Thank you, sir.

God bless you sir. You’ve provided true healing once already (lower back) and now with my hip issue. After a few reps my tight inner thigh and pain is gone. Just like my back, doctors stressed surgery and I refused. Thanks again.

My back made a loud pop when I pushed on my foam roller. It made me a bit nervous but not very sore. Surprisingly, it doesn't hurt as much to sleep on my stomach.

How heavy is that kettlebell? Looks massive. I actually do something similar with folks using 2 kettlebells that they wrap and squeeze to help them understand anchoring. But i like the foam roller idea unless they got shorter legs.

Could this be the reason I have so much right buttock pain and tightness,? I do have moderate degenerative disease of right hip especially with a bone spur on the acetabulum .
I’m Not sure what is causing the constant right buttock pain ?
    Thanks for this video

Just watched this great demo and as it's already late I'm going to try this in the morning. My foam roller is also a short one but I have 2 yoga blocks that I'm going to put on each end of the foam roller to make it longer. I think that might work. 🤔
