very interesting and thoughtful. letting go is a hard thing to do in life, but life is hard and you can choose how to approach and handle it.

Belief has been a huge barrier for me. I’ve spent years denying that I can adjust my biomechanics and so it causes a lack of discipline when I approach doing “the work”. Flip flopping between different exercise regimens, and giving up easily. I’m at a pivotal point in my journey, where I appreciate that I’ll only know it can be done if I put the time and intention into it consistently. This YT channel and this video is perfect timing. Thanks.

You are a gem! Thank you for sharing and for your vulnerability. This restores my hope in healing and motivates me to take a more holistic approach in strength and flexibility, and really seek more on a deeper level for all around healing.

    Thank you.
    I teared up.
It's always beautiful when we realise we have the power to heal themselves.
When we control the ego instead of allowing it to master us.
When we decide to take the harder path.
    Simply amazing.
Thank you for putting it here.
I've been searching the web for ways to fix hip and glute pain for months now.
Your channel has only appeared now in recommended videos.
Never found you in active search.
I wonder if that's because I'm finally tuning into myself ( heart brain coherence) rather than just thinking and assessing myself externally.
    Thank you again.
Telling yourself " it's okay , its safe" also works. While you were saying your story, I could actually feel tension within me release.
I've been hoping to hear it from a family or friend for so long. It's not going to come from there.
Because they don't know what's happening with me.
Only I know me and only I can fix me.
    Again
    Thank you
    🙏🏾

Thanks for your heart share. I feel you. People won’t understand you unless they’ve been there.
I do chi gong now and no one understands why haha. I always say, “you don’t end up doing chi gong because it’s cool, you do it because you need it.”
Follow the thread of tension release. It’s the mostly highly overlooked part of the equation, and the most powerful.

I greatly appreciated this and want you to know that it helped me immediately. And not that all of a sudden I have range of motion and no pain! No, this helped me because such honesty is a rare and beautiful gift and it helped me see a way to healing that I had not considered. It gave me hope and a path I plan to follow!

Thanks for your comment. Healing is in honesty and truth. Only once we have this can we truly begin.
      Blessings on your path.

Man I love that you have opened up and faced your fears. I can see how much it means to you and its an incredible story. I relate in that I have back pain and have recently been stretching, strengthening, mobility working my body to focus on opening this area and solving my issue. I have often had conversations with my body and having watched you and your brothers for a while I realize the importance of using the breath to go through the barriers. Thank you and huge respect.

Amazing video. Thanks. I have chronic niggles including hip impingement, neck stiffness and hamstring neural tension. I constantly have that fight or flight in my stomach which creates a churning and I've thought for a while that it could be connected. How do I face those 'fears' more in my life through stretching? What practices do you recommend? I'd be open to Tai Chi even.

    Hi,
I am going through hip impingement pain. I've done everything, stretches, strengthening etc. My whole body is stiff.
Can you tell me which breathing helped you soften the body?
    Thank you for the video.

Look up Energy Arts on RUclips with Bruce Frantzis. He teaches a lineage of chi gong that works with this dissolving method.
There is not much in the way of content on this type of stuff. I will be posting more in the future.
Check my most recent video as well, it may be helpful.
