    Great explanation. I've found the imbalances that have been in place for decades in my case. Just trying to improve things and figure out how to get the tight muscles to let go. Some progress but it is slow going. I guess it is a journey. I didn't realize there was so much to it.

    Man, I never noticed how much my pelvis shifts during a toe touch stretch until this video. It's wild.

    Great video, this is an important and frequently overlooked point. I've recently started tweaking stretches by shifting angles very slightly and finding where I'm the most tight and spending the time there. We always want to do things easy so we tend to avoid the tightest angles and instead use the least tight angles when doing the opposite is where the gains actually kick in. Then you start making progress and the snowball effect goes in the right direction. Love it

    When fascia is dehydrated & not worked on for 90-120 seconds. Stiffness & pain can result. Of course it's bones & muscle too...
