    Fluoride in your toothpaste is even worse. It's slow killer. Why nobody talks about it

      Fluoride (and the other chemicals, which include arsenic) that is poured into tap water
      not only kills...
      It gradually AND effectively destroys sanity ...
      ALSO compromises sexual identity (before dying).
      Has anyone noticed how "dumbed down" and "metra-sexualIzed" more Americans now are, (after consuming decades of contaminated corporate tap water)?
      I have relied on distilled water for years: for drinking AND
      for cooking everything from pasta to soups

    Ok, this needs a bit of attention! Our digestive system can NOT break down amygdalin and release the cyanide, but cancer cells can. It works like a trojan horse. I know this as I did a test on myself and ate a whole pack of crushed flax seed within 12 hours, in spite of the recommended dose of two table spoons a day. If it was dangerous I would get sick and probably die due to the amount I ate, a pound of it. But nothing of the sort happened, absolutely nothing! Amygdalin acts as a sentinel against cancer and should be consumed daily to keep cancer away.
    The bitter taste is the amygdalin, it is very noticeable in bitter almonds... which I also over dosed heavily and I'm still standing without any side effects except for a foul taste that lasted for a couple of hours.

      @@donnadwarika6370 Me too. After eating the juicy fruit, we would collect seeds in a large can and roast on outside fire. They produced much oil. Thereafter, we would empty them out in the sand for absorption of oil and cooling before shelling. The trees were many, throughout the savannah. Those were my boyhood days!

      Cashews are rich in fibre, protein, healthy fats, & low in carbs. I eat 18 cashews everyday. With their high content of magnesium, I don't get feet cramps or leg cramps anymore. Cashiews lower our bad cholesterol, they are benefical to our heart health & magnesium may reduce stroke.

    Add almonds to your list - the good- for - you kind . The raw ones. I ate some prepared in a bag snack and raw from a food co-op. Never had such abdominal pain in my life. Organic almonds ARE treated with some anti-rodent chemical

    rhubarb should nott be a food, any part of it. Even stems are comparatively very high in oxalate. What tastes sour or tart, is pure oxalic acid. People are steering away from spinach because of its oxalate... does spinach taste sour???

    • @rmp7400
      @rmp7400 Месяц назад

      Wrong, dear soul.
      Only the rhubarb's leaves are toxic....
      (one of the many mysteries in life)!!!
      If some people are allergic to rhubarb - that is a separate issue ...different people have different allergies!
      (Personally, I must avoid eggplant ...and CHAMOMILE)😢

    • @monnoo8221
      @monnoo8221 Месяц назад

      @@rmp7400 look it up: stalks contain 0.3% to 0.5% oxalic acid, leafs 0.5% to 1%, which is just double. it remains a fact that even stalks are not a good food.
      The leafs may contain additional toxins, but i am talking only about oxalate. It is also more accessible than say in spinach, hence the former is sour, and the latter not.... which however does not save you from intoxication

    • @biancad2775
      @biancad2775 Месяц назад

      People who have problems with oxalates shouldn't eat rhubarb or spinach (for example they are eating not enough calcium or have kidney problems), but for people who tolerate them very well, there are ways to lower the oxalates in the food. The toxidicy only depends on the amount of oxalates, reducing by cooking or adding a calcium source like milk, can reduce the amount of oxalate, because cooking destroys it and calcium binds on it. When I was a child, I and other children were eating sorrel fresh from the meadow, which is extremely high in oxalate, and we never experienced any problems, because we don't eat much of it. I have no problems with green or black tea (I add milk to black tea to reduce the oxalates), so I guess I tolerate oxalates very well and for me it is safe. For other people may not.
